FoE Maintaining an Active Friend's List

- In this video, I share the most effective way that I have found to note those friends on your friend's list that are actively aiding you and visiting your tavern on a regular basis. This method also quickly shows you which players are not aiding and visiting so that you can remove them from your friend's list.

So, in the town hall you aid back all your friends who are recorded there via the star next to their name. After that you go to the bottom of the screen and open up your friend's list. Doing so will then allow you to see all the friends who HAVEN'T aided, because its only their aid icons that will be showing. (as you have already re-aided the active aiders via the town hall). This is such a great tip! Never thought of it, yet it seems so obvious😂 I suppose you could let them off a couple of times and just keep a note of the re-offenders and boot those who truly deserve it. I'll be giving it a try for sure!

I've been doing this for the last few days just focusing on who visits my tavern and it's quite revealing. Some are quite happy to rake in the coins for my visits to them but don't bother reciprocating. I've been fine-tuning my list just based on this. I need the tavern silver and potential forge points.

Have you seen the update in FOE helper? Its gives you a chart with a list of when each friend last motivated or polished!

I use FOE Sniffer. It is a plugin for Firefox It allows you to put that friend's list into a spreadsheet and it pulls the last week's tavern and aids and then you can make decisions.
I have never ever heard of this! But I play on Google Chrome!

I think i have over 3 dozen ex players who are no longer playing, yet iam still aiding them lmaoo..o..too lazy to go through the lists. I love that coin!
ROFL that many!?!?! Holy buckets! Replace them with active friends. You can find them in your active friends taverns, in active guilds, and once you aid your hood and those that aid you back daily.

This is absolutely the best way to manage your friends list.
Only question i have is you kept a player because he was in your guild... If he is in your guild why have him on your friends list as well? I suppose it's extra silver in the tavern if he's active but i'd give the boot from friends list and just keep on guild list.
That's a great idea! I am not yet at maximum capacity. I'm sitting at 120 something right now but I have thought about it. 🤣
Hi Liliana! I’m a big fan! Love your videos, they are super helpful. Question: one of the achievements is to have 100 friends, but the game will only let me add 80? How am I supposed to get 100 if the game won’t allow me to add them? Also, what world are you playing in? Thanks so much!😊
You are so sweet and great questions! I play on Brisgard (main) and Houndsmoor! You can invite 80 friends but you can accept invites from other players up to 140. 🤩

This is a good video but it could stand some updating. Dynamic Tower is Truce Tower now and the game helps us to see if a Friend has been active at all in the past week or so. This is a good video but could use a little punching up.

Liliana: Is there a way to search for people in a specific era? (I'm looking for someone in Arctic Future to be friends with so I can get some AF goods with my Truce Tower).
I wish there was! 😭 I'd ask your guildmates if they can check their friend's lists and give you the name of a player from AF... Befriend that player and then ask him or her to give you the top 5 names of players in their hood because they will all be AF as well. 😍

I believe there are now red, yellow, and green dots on your friends list to know if they are active or not.
Please explain a dynamic tower. How does one obtain it? When I aid, I only get blue prints and coins. Also is there a way to increase the chance of getting blue prints?
The Dynamic Tower is a Great Building from the Tomorrow Era. It is no longer called the Dynamic Tower, it is now the Truce Tower and it also has a different look. Essentially, when you aid someone, you collect a good from the era of the building you motivated or polished. You obtain it by collecting blueprints of the building and then the needed goods from a guildmate, friend, hoodmate, or goods dealer. You can increase the amount of blueprints you collect from great buildings by having The Arc! 🤩
First of thanks for video, but I have two questions. First how do you have 132 friend? My account limited to only 80 or it's because you are on higher era? (I'm at Colonial age right now) and second question: what is that second side bar at the right-bottom side of your screen? o.O
You're welcome!! You can send up to 80 invites to friends but you can accept friend requests up to 140. 🤩🤩 I have a video coming about that bar!! It's called the FoE Helper!!

What do you mean? Every person in your friend list you should be able to remove via the little red negative button.
How do you make your written list? I saw how you cleared everything, but how do you get your names for the written list?
For one week's time, I aid in this fashion but on the first day I will write down everyone's names that are not greyed out after aiding via my town hall. Then as the week goes, I will cross off someone's name if they aid (they will turn greyed out). At the end of the week, those people still on my list that haven't been crossed off (e.g. aided for the week) are deleted. I hope that makes sense. 😄
@@LilianatheMagnificent Thanks. That makes sense. Can't you just choose friends in your list? you never can unfriend guildies and neighbors. It would cut down on the clicking. I find this mindless clicking the most boring part of the game. The game makers should have a button to click all people. I have no idea why they put all their people thru this mindless clicking every day. It becomes a dreary chore.....

I sure can! Go into your town hall and in your event history select friends and social interactions. Then, aid everyone via their star. After completing your whole list, go into your friend list and anyone who has not aided you for the week will not be greyed out, you can then delete them as a friend as they have not actively been aiding you.

What?!?! 😭 You don't!!! Do you get the social interactions/friend events/guild events drop down?!? Or none at all?!? If none at all, I would still aid from the town hall but less often since you can't organize it nicely... That's sucky!!

No drop downs at all. Perhaps it is the server that I am on. I generally do all my visits by clicking on aid in either friends, guild, or neighbours.
