dear students do not judge one sided,
look at how many Indians left out country and gave up their citizenship permanently.
many rich and ultra rich Indians are planning to shift their business to the middle east due higher tax benefits.
The main reason NRIs come to India is that the cost of a retired life is very high in those countries,
don't be fooled by reports and words.
Listen what they say and observe what they do, and you'll find dissimilarity in most.

It’s not abt brain drain or pull effect it’s because of massive layoffs and recession in western countries that’s why NRIs are returning to India and trust me bro agar yeah recession khatam ho Gaya na toh wapas immigration bad jayega …. Instead of forcing on “Brain Drain” we should focus on building our country … By providing infrastructure, high quality education , Changes in policies , funding in research and innovation and by providing new opportunities to our youth … India is lacking in these areas that’s why people is going abroad and investing heavily on their degrees …… Hope in future our leaders will work on these areas
Till date what you did for you for the country? List
I do agree..2 cents to add more..need to focus on India branding and create a pride moment with better infrastructure in public transportation, education, health, better living conditions(roads, street lighting, drinking water, drainage system, less traffic).Strart up business in India will attract talent and entrepreneurs from abroad and focus on providing solutions to local business.

I returned from Australia in April 2022 after a seven-year stay. During my time there, I observed a plethora of blue-collar or casual job opportunities, though these positions lacked a substantial avenue for career growth or job contentment. Several multinational corporations are setting their sights on expanding into Southeast Asia, particularly India, driven by its substantial market potential. Interestingly, these multinational corporations don't appear to be prioritizing the smaller Australian market. Fortunately, I managed to secure an outstanding role with an appealing salary package at an MNC located in Hyderabad, India. Residing in Hyderabad instills within me a profound sense of belonging, and I can accumulate a comparable amount of savings to what I could achieve in Australia.

I am living in Australia and this is soo true. After spending lakhs of rupees on fancy degrees, there are very less chances of getting jobs relevant to that degree or even worth the education effort. That's the biggest reason why people think of coming back. Also everyone tries to push boundaries when they are young, explore places, cultures and earn experience working with people with different backgrounds, colors, languages and nationalities. Keep focusing on education and R&D without manufacturing and this will keep happening.
Keep the focus on work. Whether it is here or there, at least till 45 years of age. And longer if needed till 60-65 years of age. Think positive and always be in the 'learning mode'.
Alot of indians haven't heard or experienced how difficult it is living abroad as a student.

My suggestion would be, the NRI should not take over the present people jobs just because they have come from a developed nation in simple words they should not take over the local people jobs instead they should start something new for the country to provide for the masses
That is a very Valid point. But the NRIs are just opportunity seekers. Earlier they had did shameless publicity while going abroad now they will come back and eat others job.
Tax evasion should be stopped.
Bring politicians under taxation system equal to common people.
Taxation system for working professionals should be revisited.
Me too. I am coming back...❤❤
From?
After getting slapped by Indian job policies ,the days will be very near to return back to the same country ..lol😂😂😂
As an NRI I am sure opportunities are still much better in developed countries than in India in terms of quality of life, salary and other important aspects.
You need to understand that if not all still a large chunk of NRI works in foreign countries for some time period it could be 3 years, 5, 10 years etc and then they plan to comeback and settle in India after getting financially secured. Living in a foreign country is tough job.
COVID and war etc. has serious impact on job & inflation in developed foreign countries and this could be a reason for reversal. But this is temporary trend and when global geopolitics and global economics improves, people will again draining to developed countries like anything.
One more misconception about developed foreign countries that is very popular among UA-camrs, Let me tell you no matter their birthrate is falling down, these countries like Japan, S.Korea , Germany etc these are not going to fall. Whatever built and developed once is done for always untill its mass destruction, war etc occurs.
India has to go a long journey to reach it there.
I think they are back due to layoffs abd recession in their respective fields and nothing else 😅

The real reason is that there are lot of good career opportunities in India also for highly skilled people. Most of my friends with 10+ years of experience in software industry and working at FAANG or other big tech companies in India are earning >50 LPA (in some cases more that 1 CR). With this type of earning you have a good quality of life in India also.
Quality of life is not about money all the time. It consists of good environment, less pollution, less corruption and better infrastructure. We still lag behind in many of these factors. For instance Delhi is one of the most polluted cities in world. What's the point in earning in lakhs when you can't breath clean air? Let's not talk about corruption in country.
Im from Kolkata, my husband is Australian. I visited Kolkata 3 times. But I won't ever settle back, its too noisy, too much pollution and over populated. Kolkata is not like the 80's.when people truly cared for each other As holiday is fine with me

Yes, many Indians are coming back from western countries after having Higher education and good length of working experience. But, on arrival, they never attain the similar efficiency in India, what they had during their stay abroad.

Foreign countries like US, Canada etc focus on recruitment of efficient & effective people. Here the cream layer of India fits in.
But in India still the dirty culture of suffocating a person's progress by dirty politics exists both in government and private jobs.
Indians in these foreign countries get money & job satisfaction along with appreciation.

Here also so many IT people suffering due to sudden lay offs in job sectors. Indians returning back is only in media reports. Lakhs of Indians still trying to survive in various countries without proper visas also. Govt must take serious steps to improve employment opportunities in India.
We need to develop tier 2 and tier 3 cities and small villages because metros are saturating with traffics. Work from home has improved this opportunity very much

India has got better opportunities, growing fast in the current international scenario. Not many other countries are doing good post covid and also western countries affected a lot due to Russia- Ukraine war.
Qualities ki har jagah par important hai or Voh aapney Desh me aakar kaam karenge ushme bhi benifits milengey or aapney Desh ki growth ko aagey bhadane mai help hogi kyoki experience bhi bahut baadi baat hoti hai toh ushkey faiyeda bhi aapney country's ko milenge
Its best to live in one's own country if you have good opportunities there 👌.
They seem opportunists rather than nationalists.
Interesting information
I was searching your voice and feelimg happy to find you
Ye sirf afwaah hai
There's no reverse brain drain.
Most of Indians are still working to go abroad and settle there.
I personally know many people who either went or are planning to go abroad and not a single one is coming back.
Ye baat or hai ki other countries are themselves trying to stop them from migration by new policies
One nation one tax kar dijiye or per transaction pe 1% tax laga dijiye ..... 5000 rupiya se bada transaction ko compulsory digital pay kar dijiye ........ishme ye fida hoga ki tax bahut kam dena padega or tax sabko dena hoga ...jiska fida ye hoag ki sab fulte falenge or desh ko 3 guna tax collection hoga ... ishliye incometax department ki bhi jarurat nehin jisme har sal 50,000 crore kharcha karna padta hai

It’s a drop in ocean considering INDIAN population (less than 0.25%)
Bru what how the f did you memorize these numbers💀
@@ajayn7544 It may be a drop in the total indian population, but is it really drop in the population restricted to skilled individuals?
This year NRI hit record high in renouncing indian citizenship…. Those coming back to india are mostly failed to survive and unable to find job…
I am coming back too india from London after 38 years
Ind students ke migration pe ind govt ko focus karna chahiye talented log bahar jayenge to ind ki growth ke liye thik nahi hai😢
