I just found your channel nice job. I’m the same way Power wrapper it takes me a bit to justify it but I own one😂😂😂 I live in Canada southwestern Ontario around the Great Lakes down rigging the thing up here so I told myself I’ll build rigger rods for the charter boat gang. +13 foot float rods are really big up here for steelhead and salmon in the rivers. I got a couple orders already so I’m gonna be busy for a while keep up the good work and tight lines brother.
Wow, that's an entirely different fishery than we have down here in eastern NC. we are 7' to 7'6 rods that we inshore saltwater fish with. I really enjoy wrapping rods and, like you mentioned, the power wrapper was a little hard to justify, but obviously I bought one. it does come in handy when I need it. Thanks for watching and tight lines to you also
Its easier to multiply your diameter times 3.14. That will give you the circumference. You can google a diameter to circumference calculator onine that you can use too.
It's to protect the rod blank when you cut thru the tape and threads when you finish the wrap. Otherwise, there could be a chance you'd cut into the blank with the razer bland
I think I got it from a program I bought from Thread Central. You can contact "The Decorative Studio also on You Tube or Facebook. To be honest, you probably can Google it and find it also
That’s gorgeous
Thank You and thanks for watching
