    Hi STEPHANIE I ve been beading for probably 15 years and absolutely love it! I’m now retired with several health issues. I’ve been a nurse for 48 yrs. Mostly administrative. I’m really having a challenge making the “ Stepping Stone “ bracelet. I had the entire center completely done and started on the sides when I just had to rip it out and am starting over because I am a perfectionist and I found too many flaws. Your instructions are great but I want it to turn out just like your. Thanks so much for sharing talents. Prior to this I done straight pieces of bracelets & necklaces. But when I found this piece I just had to do it. Thanks again

      Vicki Bailey - You are not alone! I'm a disabled ICU RN as well and have been off since 2003. Found Stephanie's videos a couple years ago. She is such a wonderful instructor that can teach us these really difficult stitches that no one else has been able to do. Beading has given me a "purpose" making jewelry because I can't do much else. When my pain is so great would lose it otherwise, but have found a lot of solace, comfort and focus watching Stephanie's videos and trying to reproduce her beautiful creations.

    Stephine u are so talented and I can hear how much ur enjoying making this in your voice. .. I’ve been beading for 3 years and I feel confident I can do about anything I literally bead 40 + hours a week some weeks 70 but I still struggle with this one I’ve come back to it may times .. I can make everything else You this ever made but this one is really hard to see where everything’s going. For me anyway. Would there be any way at some point you could do a remix lol or something and maybe use bright colors and different color beads for the ones that have to be identified. This is my achilles !! Lol thank u sweet lady for all u do.

      @@BronzeponyBeadedJewelry I see😊. As everyone says your videos are wonderful in terms of the quality of the piece that you make and the way you explain it I also like the filming is up close and step by step is slowly done. However I can't get over how excellent your skill is and your design and I have to compare.. that I'm older too! But see that as a compliment! I'm still trying to get the stepping Stones bracelet. I take heart that you said it took you sometime to wrap your mind around the exact steps and I see how that can be true. I think the key is in the three little seed beads! If I understand they have to be wrapped tight then that holds it together well. Thank you for your videos! I'll try to show a picture if I succeed at this one.

    Hi Stephanie , just revisiting this stunning bracelet design! I think it's favorite bracelet design ever. Just so beautifully put together. I was thinking about the curve that is built into it and was wondering how? I've not seen any other bead woven bracelets with a built in curve. Is it because of the 3mm bicones you add along the top? Just trying to understand the construction better.. thank you for this amazing pattern!

    • @BronzeponyBeadedJewelry
      @BronzeponyBeadedJewelry  Рік тому +1

      Thank you so much 😊 The curve starts when I add smaller beads in between the larger ones. So the 3mm bicones definitely make this happen 🥰 Any beadwork will curve when doing this. For example, a peyote bezel curves when adding 15/0’s in between 11/0’s. Figuring out which beads to use and where is the challenging and fun part. Hope this helps 😃

    Hi Stephanie: I love all of your designs and tutorials. As a newbie, you have thought me to try new patterns. I will tell you that I am having difficulty understanding what you are doing at the beginning of this video. I tried it more than several times, with no success. You usually repeat the steps many times, but in this video you only do it twice. I'm not sure if I am the only subscriber who would appreciate it if you could repeat the pattern a few more times. I get the rest of the bracelet, but not the units, so sad. Thanks for your tutorials. Sadly, I will have to make something else. It is an absolutely beautiful bracelet.

    Do you think I could use pearls on the outside instead of where you used the Aztec gold Fire polish? Or will the bracelet not fit right if I use fire polish for the inside units and pearls for the outside?

    • @BronzeponyBeadedJewelry
      @BronzeponyBeadedJewelry  2 роки тому +1

      Yes! You can use pearls on the outside.

    • @rving642
      @rving642 2 роки тому

      @@BronzeponyBeadedJewelry I ended using 3mm fire polish for the core, 3mm pearls on the outside but when it comes to adding in the bicones they don’t fit right bc the bracelet curves an extreme amount. I measured the beads with a caliper and the fire polish beads in the core are 3.1mm and the bicones are 3.1 as well. Do yoU think this size difference is enough to make it not fit right or do you think my tension is too tight? I was going to rip it up and start over but I do that with all my projects lol so I may just add in 11/0 beads instead of the bicones. I love the pattern but was curious if you had experienced this same problem as well?

    Stephanie, On severa occasions you recommended a safety chain when using a magnetic clasp. I have found that a safety chain gets all balled up in the magnet. My question is if you have every used a non-metallic chain to substitute for a metal one that is magnitized in the clasp. I haven't found any non-metallic chain as yet but still looking, any suggestions?

    • @BronzeponyBeadedJewelry
      @BronzeponyBeadedJewelry  4 роки тому

      If you use a silver, gold or copper chain it won’t attach to the clasp. If you use any kind of steel it will. I use sterling silver.

    Hi! This is a beautiful bracelet! Is there a reason you alternated between the 3mm bicone and 11/0 on top of the fire polished beads? Would it be ok to add all bicones on top like in the ring?

    • @BronzeponyBeadedJewelry
      @BronzeponyBeadedJewelry  3 роки тому

      Thank you! The beads are chosen to create the curve so alternating is necessary for the bracelet.

I would love a pair of ear rings to match this. Will you be adding ear rings to the set? I also love the way you explain how to make jewellery, it is how i learnt how to bead.
