My father had an Accord 2.0i with exactly same engine and dashboard, later 2.2i Accord Aerodeck from USA. In the early 90's Poland, that was something. Great cars, with nice velour upholstery, totally reliable. For that time, they were also considred quite fast, with nice revving engine. Back than, Honda had Civic VTi, Accord, Prelude, both CRX and CRX del Sol, Legend Coupe, and of course NSX. What doest it have now?
@@The_Noticer. I have driven them all. This is the least interesting of all. So no, I'm not missing the point and I'm starting to think you don't have much experience with hondas. I've been building them and tuning them since 90s and this car has the least to offer, so I'm not missing any points. That's not to say that it's worthless, it's just uninspiring and not particularly good at anything. I'm simply not idolizing a car just because it's a 90s honda. You do you :) And don't tell me the point of "hondas of old" is a car with a lazy engine and lazy handling, that means you're missing the point, missing it entirely. I would recommend this car to a grandpa who just refuses to buy an accord and wants something more interesting looking.
@@MyRealName I drive a manual CM2 Type-S with quite a few mods on it, so i'm familiar with honda's that "go". No this isn't a B16B CRX, an ITR DC2, or an EP3/EK9. But it's still a lot more fun to drive around than modern cars because of the chassis. I'll re-iterate, If you can't have fun in a slower car, you're just not a car guy to me. Because you will not appreciate what the car offers, and only zoom -in on what it lacks. And that means this will always be your point of conversation. Meaning you'll be the type of guy that always thinks X is better, and no fun to hang around. Because there is always something better. You could be sitting there with a spoon engine, fully track-ready FD2, and someone in a stock M80 will still gap you. This isn't the point.
Leuk wagentje!
