I embark on a 3 night, 4 day, 57 mile canoe trip down the Connecticut River Paddler's Trail with my dad and lived to tell the tale! So much wildlife - eagles, beavers, cows, loons, herons - along with fire-starting, fishing with a leech, slingshot teaching and countless more, such a beautiful trip!
