When I install new ones, ive always did a few quick stops and get em heated and then ride till they cool.. I have a friend that does absolutely nothing but ride and his seems to last just as long as mine..lol. you look like you sit more comfortably with that seat man!
Great video @Juice your bike is beautiful. The country side is gorgeous to answer your question just ride. I've had my brakes done once and I just rode. Don't know if it's right but its how I went about it. Cheers brother.
So on ford trucks when one brake hits harder or don't retract as much as other side. I look at the rubber brake lines to see if they are expanding when hitting the brakes. We have a lot of Amish around so horse crap is something I have to watch out for. I am like 40 minutes sw of Hell depending if you drive like a bat out of Hell. I like Linux open source software. Like Christian MC's acting like an outlaw MC. And then you see Outlaw MC's and support clubs doing a crap ton of charity events.
👋🇺🇸🫡👍👍 JUICE !!
I'll do pads only, unless the rotor looks rough.

I don’t do anything special when I change brake pads. I just ride. 🤷♂️

Ride the ride you want and screw the rest. In my book, if I have a shit eating grin while riding it, it's the right bike 🤷🏻♂️
🤘🤘🤘
Never had a Harley, but if I did, I am sure I would change something on it.
A stock sportster is the rarest bike in the world. Nobody leaves a sportster stock.
When i get new pads the rule is per my mechanics try to avoid emergency stops for 100 miles. Nothing else is needed than that. I promise you
Appreciate the feedback. I haven’t been too hard on them but that makes sense for the first 100 miles.
