On this episode I get the opportunity to ride a 2024 Road Glide. Let me be clear This 15 minute ride is by no means a comprehensive review of the 2024 Road Glide. I look forward to more and longer test rides of the milwaukee 8 touring bikes. Link to all my socials: linktr.ee/theeloosejuice

Here's another ride on my Road King (formerly known as "Broke King") now that I've got it back from the shop. It was a 45F day, but I was grinning ear to ear. SO happy to have my main ride back. In this video I’m out in the barn at my parents property working on my snowmobile trailer and one of my project snowmobiles. It’s winter in the Midwest. That means snow - or at least it’s supposed to- and I want to be prepared for winter fun once it does come.

Meat lovers, hand tossed ❤
Lake roads, and mountain roads are my favorite.
Never had a Harley, but if I did, I am sure I would change something on it.
Does becoming a patreon get me a juice box sticker?👊🏻
I could probably do that, yeah 👍🏻
Dunlap on the Fatbob Perilli on the lowrider st and honda CTX.
Pizza is best served with beef, sausage, bacon, Pineapple, pepperoni, pizza mix cheese.
I've got plenty of time ... but between UA-cam, world of warcraft, and cooking..
But i do 98% of the cooking. @brainy Chameleon spoiled me with grilled cheeses
Grats on getting that 400!
The michelin commander 3 is working great for me. Great grip in the rain and I just put a new set on the road king after 20k miles.
Awesome. Glad to hear. I’ll check those out.
In the same boat, thinking about tires…be interesting to see what’s recommended. Butter crust pepperoni n shrooms. Great vid. Dig the sound bytes, ✌🏼
Thanks Kenny!
we have metelzer cruisetecs on the deluxe have over 10k miles on them look almost new still, and shinko 777 on the street bob and they are about the same. When you look at tires make sure to double check the load ratings on them that way, you can get the max milage out of them.
Good to know. I believe I've heard good things about both the tires you mentioned. Preciate ya
Michelins on the Sportster, but I might go all the way to Shinkos. They've been great on the BMW
I am crank the Hog
Me too
Great video @Juice your bike is beautiful. The country side is gorgeous to answer your question just ride. I've had my brakes done once and I just rode. Don't know if it's right but its how I went about it. Cheers brother.
So on ford trucks when one brake hits harder or don't retract as much as other side. I look at the rubber brake lines to see if they are expanding when hitting the brakes. We have a lot of Amish around so horse crap is something I have to watch out for. I am like 40 minutes sw of Hell depending if you drive like a bat out of Hell. I like Linux open source software. Like Christian MC's acting like an outlaw MC. And then you see Outlaw MC's and support clubs doing a crap ton of charity events.
A stock sportster is the rarest bike in the world. Nobody leaves a sportster stock.
I ride in the rain, but I am not on a Harley. And won't ride wife's sportster in the rain. With you being west side of state I understand weather is worse off the lake too.
I find the best riding in the U.P. of MI. Great people and great times. Ten curves road in Germfask is a favorite of mine. We go to the Luce county park on North Manistique lake to take showers while at camp. Be warned they are working on the bridge expect backups for hours.
Nice bike. Those look best with the original white walls.
Ride the ride you want and screw the rest. In my book, if I have a shit eating grin while riding it, it's the right bike 🤷🏻♂️
I have been wanting to buy this seat. Is it comfortable? Thanks!
I only have about 500 miles on it. It’s still breaking in but I like it so far.
@@TheeLooseJuice so are you saying, until it gets broken in, it sucks? 😆
@@FarmAlarm not at all. I know some people say that, but I do genuinely like it. Just making it clear I can tell it’s not fully broken in.
@@TheeLooseJuice ok that makes sense. Thanks. I was debating between this one and the Saddlemen Profiler. But the Profiler looks like it has a narrower passenger seat. I'm sure the wider one on the Step Up seat is better.
I'll do pads only, unless the rotor looks rough.
I don’t do anything special when I change brake pads. I just ride. 🤷♂️
🤘🤘🤘
When i get new pads the rule is per my mechanics try to avoid emergency stops for 100 miles. Nothing else is needed than that. I promise you
Appreciate the feedback. I haven’t been too hard on them but that makes sense for the first 100 miles.
Loose Juice u goin to hell Michigan in June sir
👋🇺🇸🫡👍👍 JUICE !!
When I install new ones, ive always did a few quick stops and get em heated and then ride till they cool.. I have a friend that does absolutely nothing but ride and his seems to last just as long as mine..lol. you look like you sit more comfortably with that seat man!
Pagkaka intindi ko kung 4k yung video pero yung na naunuod eh 1080p lang ang screen eh 1080p lang din makikita nya diba?
Yes, the viewer will watch at their chosen screen resolution or the maximum resolution for their screen.
@@TheeLooseJuice 1440p is good choice i gues or 1080
saved me bro, thank you
I avoid the rain as much as possible. Now that I have a spyder that might change. Glad to see you on the road. Pinckney I have been there a few times nice location. Not far from where I live, either. Have fun.
I am fine with rain as long as its warm. My Sunday ride, the sky was dark but it was 80 so I went. Half the days ride was pouring rain, but it felt great.
All the time.
I won't leave in the rain..... But I don't mind getting caught in the rain!
Yeah I should have bummed some rain gear and we could have rode.... I will take some of the blame this go around.
Eh I made the decision not to ride. Ship kinda sailed when I showed up in a pickup truck
I try not ride in the rain for several reasons. First, driver’s pay less attention in the rain, Secondly, I don’t want to have to spend two hours cleaning my bike afterwards.
But the rain cleans it? 😆
Dude riding in the rain is no joke, sure you missed it this time but the Destin to drive up instead was not taken lightly 🤙🏼
Bro if you weren't feeling it it's probably a good idea you didn't do it
I would normally agree, but my worries didn’t pan out with the actual weather. I don’t love riding in the rain, but I would’ve done it if I knew the situation in foresight
I didn't mind riding the rain in WA or California Bay Area but I don't like rain in Vegas it don't rain here enough and when it does it brings up all the oil in the street it's like riding on ice pretty sketchy
I missed the premiere too just watching right now you tbone get a ride in some really good looking trees man I love it I miss the trees trees give you privacy
While the day was wet..at least it was warm! There were times I did wish I was in the cage with yall 🤣
I missed the premiere! We just got back from a vacation in Oregon. Rode in the rain 80% of the time, and it was terribly fun. Or terrifyingly exciting. It was alright. Enjoying this video.
Always go with your first instinct and then loosen up the juice.
I dont leave in it. But it doesnt bother me to ride in it. Great video man
Yes, in reference to your question i ride all the time in the rain. But i live in washington state.
Getting caught in the rain - it happens! Having to leave your home in the rain - is different! lol!
The Juice is Loose 👋👋😎🇺🇸🫡🍺🥃
Why do you need more power or torque than the M8 117 stock motor provides? I would really like a reasonable sane logical reason why you would do that to cruiser touring type street motorcycle? Do you not worry that you are sacrificing the “dependability” factor by exceeding engineering limitations on the motor and associated drivetrain parts?
To this question I ask this -> have you ridden a bike with twincam/evo/shovel/pan/knuckle? You’re so concerned about whether the engine is dependable but you’re missing a key factor. You may not like it, but there’s a “cool” factor to having bike that sounds good and performs well. Please note that at no point in my video did I indicate the 117 is lacking in power. In fact, I mention at least twice that it has good power and torque. But if you’re only figuring in hp and torque stats from a fact sheet, you are missing the point. To me, it’s not just about having the power available. It’s about living the THUMP and thunder of a Harley. If I only wanted power and reliability, I’d look at other brands. For the record, I’m not an Only Harley guy. I own several non-Harley bikes. But my twin cam 103 Road King gives an experience that you cannot get from another manufacturer in my opinion . That’s the answer.
@@TheeLooseJuice 75 yo, I’m on my fifth motorcycle and third HD. So yeah I’ve pretty much road them all at one point or another. Current is a 2021 Road Glide, FLTRX standard M8 107. I would love to have one of them M8 117 with liquid cooled heads, my dream motor. Reality is my miles on a bike is obviously unfortunately coming to an end pretty soon. I’ve put about 35k on this 107 up to now, the motor is totally stock and it sounds pretty good to me, and it has all the power and torque to do what ever I need it to safely do. However, I think you do risk some dependability issues if you don’t fortify every single part that is effected by the motor upgrade, the list would be numerous. As for the “cool” factor, it’s already there, right between my legs. Just as Harley Davidson and God intended. Ride safe and stay alert at all times brother!
I don't think it is worth it to me, I had an option of a Road glide or a Spyder and I went with the Spyder. Love that thing.
Great video sir
