I’d recommend taking some rest and icing where it hurts 👍

You're reading my mind with your recent videos, lol X)
I am struggling a lot with the transition. I definitely have the strength to power through it, but my elbows hurt like hell every time I try to. Is this something false grip hangs + pullups/rows would fix?

Awesome, I’m glad that you’ve been liking the videos! Yes, pull ups and dips on rings will help with this pain. It will go away as you get more used to trianing on rings

@@barkage thanks for the reply! I was worried that I might be doing something wrong, since I can hold a full front lever but can't do a single ring muscle up. Looks like I just need more time. Keep up the great work 👍

Most tutorials on UA-cam are over 10 min, and I am already bored after 5 minutes.
So these 3 minutes are PERFECT for me kage! 👍🏼😎

Flawless tutorial! For me, holding myself with a false grip where rings are lower than your chest like at the top of a high pullup really helped me get comfortable for the transition

I can make an OAFL tutorial soon! But I’m not able to perform the entrada and I don’t really plan on learning it

@@barkage Nice! I just wanted to say that I really appreciate the content you upload. Honestly I think there are so many channels that dont know what they talk about, gives terrible advice and you can tell that they are just using calisthenics/street workout as a tool to promote themselves. As a relatively advanced athlete I'm learning stuff from your videos and it's so refreshing. Your knowledge defenitely allign with your skill.
