What you need is a real short day cab to do that sort of tight fit stuffd, maybe a shorter trailer with a little lower weight rating. Great video!!! LUV EM ALL!!!
Love all the Vids and the old timer was happy and the best part was him Driving and the old Beer box on the Floor I laughed hard and my kinda of people and still gettin it done even at his age I love it all.
I can see you in the old heads position about sixty years from now driving an old antique truck like that one helping Brax load his track dozer making him smile as you drive him to his Pete and trailer :D I really love the way the Mack sounds and the fact it's doing exactly what it was built for. This is one of the few times Braxton makes me green with envy getting to ride in the old girl!
Happy Father's Day thank you for being the man you are to your I work my butt off just so I can do and I appreciate watching your channel blessing to you and yours
THIS WAS A GOOD IDEA GETTING A DIFFERANT TRAILER FOR THAT NARROW ROAD. Tim that other dump truck would love to help on the farm too, she was almost a SHISH KABOB.
Tim you mentioned dumpsters and truck...saw a dumpster business listed on marketplace in Jacksonville FL I think the guy is retiring and wanted to sell it all maybe worth a look;) Appreciate you sharing your days adventures...great to see Brax with you,,was my dads shadow at his age;)
Ainda bem que ninguém se machucou no incêndio foi bens materiais bola pra frente e conquistar tudo de novo força 💪 e meus parabéns por não desistido valeu 👍 André Luiz (Brasil 🇧🇷)rio grande do sul. Santa maria. Valeu
Couldn’t help but notice the fld in the background with the black fenders would love to see some more on it, gotta special love fore freightshakers being as they were the first trucks I got to ride in with my dad, that and 90s model Mack’s being the first truck I ever rode in
@larrycook4632 A high lift is a fork lift and not a skid steer like he calls a high lift. If he would have stayed in school instead of being a know it all just mayby he would have learned the difference between the two.
The best thing was seeing that box of Miller in the floorboard 😂. I have heard several older hands tell me stories about the "old days", and I often heard about "brown bag specials" along with other stuff to get them through the trip.
@13:18 & @14:29 to get around the corner Tim, it requires what is called rocking the craddle, lots of short shunts back and forth, all the while either having the trailer pointing to go in the opposite direction, or straight with the road you were on. a lot harder, because it is an american truck compared to a european truck so the turning circle of the cab isn't the same. but you want the front and back end of the cab as touching the kerb/grass verge of the new road before allowing the trailer to turn, it also allows an extra 5-10 feet before the back end of the trailer wants to turn. just end up scrubbing tires due to the angle.
if you drive straight forward like you were doing in @13:18 then the trailer will cut the corner, but if you get the cab lined up (front and rear wheels) with the new road before allowing the trailer to turn so 90 degree angle, then you won't have the same outcome. as the trailer wheels will be roughly 5 feet further along the previous road so a lot closer to the junction., or with an american truck it is about 10+ feet means around 2 feet away from the guide line, which if you say half that, so rocking your cab to 45 degrees before going around the corner, means about 5 feet with the trailer further along the previous road, which means about 1 foot away from the guide lines.
Those track loaders are bad ass machines, you hardly see those around even a 4 in 1 bucket, 4 in 1 are hard to come by a lot of people don’t run those buckets anymore idk why but here in the states I hardly see them but they’re very popular in Hawaii we love them buckets…keep up the good work Tim🤟😎you and Bruce are my favorite UA-camrs hands down 💯💯🤝
Sounds like the air to air or (intercooler) on that Mack might be busted. Might just be a clamp or a boot. That's why the turbo screams that's hard on engine not getting the right amount of boost makes exhaust temp high and melt pistons out.
Yessir, Tim, you and I said the same words at the same time about usin' a bucket the way one was bein' used heh, heh. That ol' Ford was soundin' some rugged gettin' down the road. I was surprised and impressed when the ramp was foldin' up hydraulically, very cool l'il wagon. Do ya use a tag-float with your tandem dump or do ya not need a smaller one often enough to make sense ownin' one? That older gent who helped ya out seemed like a pretty cool fella who knows his way around trucks and equipment, I think he fell in love with your Cat. Good grief! The very next frame looked like you fellas were about to engage in some kinda dozer rodeo hahaaa! That dozer did look like a sweet machine. I just think a fella should have one of everything if that's what he really wants and that's all the logic that's required heh, heh, heh. My goodness, you and Braxton remind me of my youngest fella and myself, we love trucks, machines, cars, and spent a lot of time together when he was Braxton's age. That time goes by way, waaay too quickly. Congratulations and best of luck with your new partnership. I've gotta say, though, I'm kinda surprised you're not lookin' to get into a Mack R Model of your own, or the CH613 looks way cool with a set forward steer axle, or the Granite is a badass truck too. Can ya tell that I just dig Mack trucks for a vocational job like roll-off? Heh, heh that's one reason why they call me Truckinnut, I suppose. Keep gettin' after it, folks, and may all of your trails be happy ones.
You might check around some these walmart distribution centers like in Kentucky. I know they are scraping a bunch of their old trailers and can't get rid of them fast enough. Most of them are so bad they will have to have the tandems cut out from under them before they are taken out of the walmart DC.
Someday Brax should start UA-cam Chanel or TV show turning "junk" into treasure as he sees the potential in numerous pieces whenever he goes to a junkyard or scrapyard. It'll be interesting to see all the old Iron that he can bring back to life.
I noticed that too. Braxton always scans places and spots some diamonds in the rough. He and Tim were both doin' it and it seemed they were half discussing and half daydreamin' the potential each piece had and what could be done with 'em. My son and I did the very same thing when he was younger, takes one to know one I guess hahaaa!
Man--you kpt saying a "Hilife"--I thought like aa Lull or tele handler all terrain forklift. Around here that is a CAT trac loader-likely 953/063 w/ 4 in 1 bucket. Still a nice machine. You just can't walk it out of a job site very far.
Try adding some context. This video went from ‘cant get me Truck in’ ‘in a random truck’ old boy driving a dozer’ ‘ 3 people driving dozers’ ‘driving dump truck’. I asume you never got the load out.
I know a guy gets a bunch from a place they sell him like 20 dumpsters at a time they always getting new ones. Can get mame of place if you want. They sell roll off trucks also
You got that damn machine in their surly you can get it in and out of there but gotta have some dramatic affect Anyway hope you and the family/ work family are doing well and having a great Friday and Tim let them men call it a day a little early today with it being Friday everybody except for Devon. Devon Hass to stay and make up some hours lol😂😂😂😂
Check out gentryandsonstrucking.com/ for some trucking merch and email me at Bullhauler1366@gmail.com if you have any scrap or dumpsters for sale
Speak to James pretty JP has a dumpster truck and a bin or 2
Hi tim, buy a scania 760 cabover. It is a v8 with 760 hp. Best sounding and best cabover ever.
Half Gentry's fleet belongs in a dumpster.
!
Before you scrap those chassis, why don't you take front axle from one and stick on dump truck so have front brakes
Old truck & an old Truck Driver. Best combo in tha Books. Priceless to see him drive that Truck! Blessings from Texas
I love operating dozers! But I love trucking more!! 23 years of trucking and I still get excited !
Tim and Bryce!!!
Your here too … awww man all my favorites in one spot I was lucky to drive by Tims today should have dropped that application off
Bryce is Tim's right hand
What you need is a real short day cab to do that sort of tight fit stuffd, maybe a shorter trailer with a little lower weight rating. Great video!!! LUV EM ALL!!!
THAT OLD TIMER STILL GOT IT! THAT KING B IS OLD TIME TOBACCO
Tim your doing better this year than last. You are an inspiration. How are your uncle Ronnie doing? Hope all is well.
He’s doing great thank you for asking
Love all the Vids and the old timer was happy and the best part was him Driving and the old Beer box on the Floor I laughed hard and my kinda of people and still gettin it done even at his age I love it all.

That Pawpaw is hitting them gears in the big Ford!!!!!
Happy Father's Day thank you for being the man you are to your I work my butt off just so I can do and I appreciate watching your channel blessing to you and yours
I think you should invest in a daycab and a nice ramped lowboy. Daycab would make a nice truck to do short runs and get into tight spots
I was wondering if he had a tag float that he uses with his tandem dump when it is runnin'. The daycab and shorter trailer would be good too.
That’s awesome, the old guy in an old truck, ripping off a price of chew, and some cold snacks at his side. Now that’s living!!!
This man always working love that you keep it real!! Also like you putting your eggs in different baskets keep up the good work my friend
I agree, it makes good sense to diversify revenue streams.
Gr8 Projects!!!!!!!!😎🎯🇺🇸💯🔊🔊🔊🔊🔊🔊🔊🔊
Gotta love those Old timers, They know how to get it done.
23:30. Tims looks like a kid riding with his hero 👍👍
My Grandpa always said his welds didn’t look like much but they were hell for holding!

Ainda bem que ninguém se machucou no incêndio foi bens materiais bola pra frente e conquistar tudo de novo força 💪 e meus parabéns por não desistido valeu 👍 André Luiz (Brasil 🇧🇷)rio grande do sul. Santa maria. Valeu
Timmy, you know a lot of people, the old man is just cool. You and your Team Friends Family and so on 🙂👍👍👍👍......
That 4 in 1 Bucket will work wonders. That's what makes them all purpose machines 💪🏾💪🏾😎 great video
Tim it was cool to see your green Freightliner Coronado on Hwy 212 in Montana the other day. Looks better in person then on UA-cam.
Dumpster diving, good work 🙃 Where's your hard hats gentlemen. 👷
That old timer is hardcore baccar chewer they don't make them that tough anymore
Couldn’t help but notice the fld in the background with the black fenders would love to see some more on it, gotta special love fore freightshakers being as they were the first trucks I got to ride in with my dad, that and 90s model Mack’s being the first truck I ever rode in
Ole dale gotta love them old school fellers
When you open your bucket. The back part has a cutting edge on it. Serves as a dozer blade not a loader
Can you explain to me why Tim calls his 953 track loader a Highlift. What the hell is a highlift.!!!!
@@larrycook4632 HAHAHA I thought he was talking about a Scissor / boom lift.
not a Tracked Pay Loader ?
@larrycook4632 A high lift is a fork lift and not a skid steer like he calls a high lift. If he would have stayed in school instead of being a know it all just mayby he would have learned the difference between the two.
Discretion is the better part of valor. You have to know when to say it’s just not going to work and try something different.
Murpheys Diesel sent me! Great Collab.
🍺🍺 Hell yea, truckn it up Joe, thats awsome, thats what its all about, good friends!👍👍
young Braxton is going to one hell of a operator, keep up the work bud!
The best thing was seeing that box of Miller in the floorboard 😂. I have heard several older hands tell me stories about the "old days", and I often heard about "brown bag specials" along with other stuff to get them through the trip.
High Lift ?? I thought You were Talking about a Scissor/Boom Lift, Not a Tracked Pay Loader. HAHAHAHA.

TIM I SEE YALL BEEN WORKIN HARD KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
You are just one busy dude with all the stuff you got going on
Them old truck frames are good for making bridges over creeks.
@13:18 & @14:29 to get around the corner Tim, it requires what is called rocking the craddle, lots of short shunts back and forth, all the while either having the trailer pointing to go in the opposite direction, or straight with the road you were on. a lot harder, because it is an american truck compared to a european truck so the turning circle of the cab isn't the same. but you want the front and back end of the cab as touching the kerb/grass verge of the new road before allowing the trailer to turn, it also allows an extra 5-10 feet before the back end of the trailer wants to turn. just end up scrubbing tires due to the angle.

but basically for every 5 feet, your trailer will turn 1 foot later on the exit of the turn.
im a locomotive engineer drive trains for a living myself i enjoy your content cheers :)
dude you need a solid r model mack for this stuff. recover with a short wheel base and deliver in style.
Hay Tim and Brax just curious when your going back to S H TUBEto work on rooster and the blue pete love your video's

Great job y'all!!
I love your videos but man you point the camera at the ground way to much...we don't wanna see the ground all the time 😂
love these old trucks being redone and that E550 would be nice for my new business
All that haze is the smoke from the out of control Forrest fires in Canada we got it all the way down here in the DFW area of Texas
Sounds like the air to air or (intercooler) on that Mack might be busted. Might just be a clamp or a boot.
That's why the turbo screams that's hard on engine not getting the right amount of boost makes exhaust temp high and melt pistons out.
Where are your brother’s?Haven’t seen them for some time.

You might check around some these walmart distribution centers like in Kentucky. I know they are scraping a bunch of their old trailers and can't get rid of them fast enough. You need a single rear axel daycab
