This sequence is well on par with killing the first colossus in Shadow of the Colossus, or your first trek through Silent Hill in Silent Hill 2. Honestly just a magical moment that had me smiling from ear to ear the whole way through.

I never thought I would like this game. Always looked boring and I didn’t care much for it. Saw it for $20 in gamestop, and decided to try it out since my friend always talked about it. It was this moment where I fell in love with the game. Hearing the song playing while the camera zoomed away to show Sam alone in the dark but beautiful world captivated me. Playing this game was decision I will never regret. I even cried from the ending.

Such a powerful journey and fair play to Hideo Kohima for making the game that he wanted. I savoured every moment of this beautifully crafted game and will definitely play it again. For me, this solidarity and connection between people working together is the games stand out feature - the very antithesis of COD and Fortnight which are all about destruction. It had already made enough profit to fund their next title before they even launched it on PC. Fortunatly, despite lots of people having completely the wrong expectations and being disappointed as a result, the game was still a huge sucess and we're going to get at least one more project from the team.

Kojima has been my favorite developer since I was wee lad, I've followed his story pretty much since I first learned to read. His choice in development, ideology, interests, has pretty much shaped my whole life. And this game has been a favorite among everything else. Can't wait wait what comes next

The Apocalypse Amazon simulator. Loved every second of it even the long walks. I hardly killed BT’s I liked to crouch and avoid them as much as possible. Even when I got caught I loved fighting them. The music was great. This game was overall great.
Part of what makes Kojima productions special is the consistent combination of ambitious concepts with the technical skills to seriously back them up. This game wouldn't work if the world wasn't so beautifully realised.

For example, I would like to listen to music from time to time while doing jobs, but unfortunately not only was no music player integrated in game but Spotify was also blocked. And yes, they certainly have their reasons for this, but I just want to be able to decide for myself whether I listen to music or enjoy the sounds of virtual nature.

What impressed me most about this game was the character acting, Walking Dead star and the guy who was Bond in Casino Royale are very accomplished. Fragiles a bit 2D but I suppose that is only to be expected, she has a lot to worry about.
This is NOT the way you play the beginning of Death Stranding... just go with the music , relax and enjoy the loneliness. Kojima made like this so we could appreciate the uniqueness of this masterpiece.

I'll be honest, I saw gameplay trailers never got attached to the game, once I played it it hooked me , the music the story I felt guilty for judging before actually trying it .... finished 22% of it ( 16/70 )
