if your video is 4k try to encode it to 4k preset too, don't use 1080p or default

Hello !!! Thankyou for watching my video.
As in the video i have not manually selected the output resolution, you can see that i have selected the 1080p preset..so by default it should export in 1080p. I will suggest you to uninstall the software and try again to follow the exact steps shown in the video. Hope so doing this solves the error that you are facing.😊
