I do appreciate the nudity in the old games, being that it’s Ancient Greece and all that. But I really love how the stories have been done in the more recent ones. Both versions are exceptional, but I’ll lean more towards the PS2 era.
it took me 500 hrs to beat elden ring, because i explored every nook and cranny i found and after defeating the final boss, i went to a guide to see what bosses i missed, and killed them all, yes this includes all the many repeat encounters. For my second playthrough i rushed the game, and it took 20 hrs, so yeah, exploring all takes a very long time

Exactly. This is the point. And either way, it wouldn't invalidate any of the very valid criticism of how the writers wrote the character regardless of who plays said character.
I have no problem with female protagonists in any form of media, I thoroughly enjoyed Horizon Zero Dawn, but it's just not my thing. I don't mind watching others play those games, but I personally just am not into it. That being the case, I am behind the notion of, 'if the creator intended it that way, then it should be that way.' Kudos to game developers, authors, comic artists, etc. that decided "I don't care what anyone else thinks, I am here to write MY story, no one else's."
Dude, Metroid Dread is amazing. I'm not sure why anyone would dislike it. Especially David Jaffe, he helped make one of my favourite game series.

A friend of mine who is a girl wanted to get more into gaming having only played a few so I asked her a few questions like genre?, open world?, pacing? And I got the answers of fantasy and action with lots of story while also loving open world games.

A "Journalist mode" would not work, because then they'd bitch about the game being too easy.
Case in point, Devil May Cry 5, where a number of journalists blasted the game for being "button mashy," and claiming they felt completely uninvolved because all they had to do was mash the attack button and the character did all kinds of flashy combos with no other input.
Which literally everyone familiar with the series instantly knew it meant they were playing with Automatic Mode enabled, basically the baby mode for the younger sibling (or game journalists), and were trying to claim that represented the actual game.
"Afflicted by gender" has to be one of the funniest sentences I've ever heard.
Imagine if u can see ur character irl that has videogame stat screen and the instant you see it it says -50 power (gender debuff)

Glad to say so far, my playthrough of Pokemon Scarlet has not produced any glitches of the magnitude shown. Most I have witnessed is a Houndoom I fought while it was underwater, and my character's face freezing up while eating a sandwich

Elden ring is incredibly long I completely understand getting burnt out on it, the only reason me and my friends were able to platinum it is we were on PlayStation 4 and there's an option that allows you to save your progress in the game to your PlayStation account, this includes games like elden ring.
Well we discovered that if you saved the game went back into it and dropped your items to a friend and then logged out and reloaded that save you would spawn back in with the items you had before, effectively doubling your items.
You could abuse this to double pocket souls swapping them back and forth between friends over and over until you maxed out.
Now understand we had already beaten the game once we only do this method when we go for platinums to save time.
We then abuse this mechanic to rapidly level ourselves up, and the crazy thing is even after we did this the game was still hard as hell like we had duplicated our items so much that we were all over level 300 and still getting whooped in some situations.
Regardless this shortened our Platinum run from well over 100 hours to just over 70.
You could also use this method right before the final boss and certain missions so that when you reload you'd be available to do all the endings meaning we could get all the achievements for them in one run

I can respect that, as long as you only use it for 100%. I hate it when people uses such exploits for competitive purposes, so the fact that you used it for 100%ing is really respectable.

14:40 The funniest thing about this take is that you have to actively ignore others and simply _never_ use voice chat to not come across homosexuality in Valorant. Like at least 40% of the people who play the game identify as something other than straight. I think this is mostly because unlike CS:GO or other similar games, Valorant has a high number of female players. And like with any social group that has a lot of women in it, it tends to attract a lot of LGBT people since those groups are usually safer spaces than those mostly composed of men.

Yeah, the dude got into a lot of controversy with Act Man and several other creators several months ago because he didn’t like how everyone was lambasting him for an inaccurate and ill-informed review on Elden Ring. He got so butthurt about everyone’s criticisms that he abused UA-cam’s copyright system to get his way, got away with it despite everyone pointing it out, and went to every length possible to bully or intimidate people out of not talking to him, including calling Act Man’s mother

I mean, no one‘s ever gonna know if you pirate a game or not unless you blurt it out in the open for everyone to hear. Otherwise, game companies would be suing people left and right for receiving games as birthday or Christmas gifts. A friend of mine Pirates video games and if he likes them he buys them later and I find that perfectly reasonable. I remember back in 2014 or 2016 when AngeryJoe made a video about Xbox forcing players to have their own gaming code so they can’t game share. PlayStation kind of did this a few years ago, you used to be able to game share by having your friend login to your PlayStation account on their PlayStation and download the game from your library of course the game had to be digital otherwise it wouldn’t work, you could say that’s a form of pirating. But we were never sued and they never took the game back. Unless you’re out here on Twitter screaming from the top of your lungs that you "pirate games from them" they’re never gonna know

I love souls games I love the lore, the world. I'm just bad at them I wish i was better.but that's my fault not the game
Practice more, and try dodging more than blocking (learn to dodge through attacks in the direction they come from.) Lock on to human size individual targets, unlock for large bois and groups. Go back to the start of ones you've made progress in later, cus it gives you a really nice comparison of how far you've come. You'll realize you no longer struggle early in the game like you did originally. This is how I elaborate on "git gud" for people who want to.
