Thanks for bringing back Annie's Kitchen! - the long awaited one. The fish curry and the prawn starters are looking really good, and I'll definitely try them.
A feedback - It would be fantastic if in the future, for instance, when Chef Pillai was mentioning something like the mixing process or the unique grill marks on the prawn, a quick close-up shot highlighting that detail would have been amazing where in the cameras could quickly focus and have close-ups of the ingredients or cooking techniques being discussed so viewers can see exactly what you're talking about. thank you!
