I did these videos 5 years ago, with no help, just to show part of my process. Sorry if it is not helpful to you. Maybe you should search somewhere else for what you need. I am not even doing commissioned dolls anymore.

I use a dremel and a generic point kit I got on ebay. I am not sure of brands, I got these like 10 years ago...

What grit size of sandpaper do you use?
I am not sure, I use nail polish sand...
What kind of sandpaper do you use
Any sand paper should do. You just need to pay attention to the size of the sand grain.
What did you use the nail polish remover for?
Jack Jennings to remove plastic imperfections. It smooths the surface.

You can use only manual carving tools. :)
