So you do a full check up of all your tyres (including spare), electrics, and a brake test, every time you sit behind the wheel? Kudos to you then.

@tylerhood5 No, in British English it is spelt tyre. That carries on through most of the Commonwealth (Australia, India, etc) and Eire. In fact the exceptions are the US and Canada.

in the US and Canada it's "tires discolor with aging" elsewhere it's "have a nannynook at these hobwobblers of a rounder, Margaret" the difference is subtle but noticeable to native Anglophones. ("Tyres discolour with ageing" is also commonly found outside the US and that other country just to the, uh, North, I wanna say).

You could spend some extra money, and inflate your tires with nitrogen.
It's molecules are much bigger in size, reducing pressure changes, thus prolonging your tire lifespan, and better fuel economy.
I had mine inflated a few months ago, and I can see the difference.

Nobody said you should let them wear out. I was talking more about things like picking up a nail, or some deformation forming possibly due to weather, parking on uneven surfaces or whatever. This can literally happen overnight, without you even noticing, and according to this video, you would be penalized as if you were a rapist or something. I'm saying that's not fair, or helpful for actual safety.

Either way, UK spell tyre not tire. because, US English is confusing using same words for different meanings.

so, if you are driving someone else's car with imperfect tyres, or you didn't check your tyres diligently every 100km and didn't notice an imperfection, you get: 3 penalty points per tyre.. 2500 pounds penalty, invalidated insurance (which is ridiculously expensive anyway)... Not to mention speed cameras and other crap.. Why is the UK so discriminating against its drivers? Drivers are like the public enemy #1 over there, wtf

@04smallmj where did i say that anyone else over on that side of the pond spoke English as their first language?.....
i simply said that they all spell tire with a "Y" over there because of the UK being their basis for the English language.
is everybody fine now? can we stop jacking this guys vid now?

Your wheels aren't going to wear out overnight, you don't need to check them every day.
Only a blithering idiot would let them wear out completely though.
Your life runs on those tyres.

“The benefits of the idea of making a car wheel that has three tiers”
    * The car does not overturn if the car is driving fast or if the car is driving slowly.
    * Continuing the car's movement without stopping in the event that one of the tires explode.
    * The driver will not stop to change the wheel or change the tire.
Destiny is in the hands of God, but prevention increases safety.
    Ebrahim.
