Good arrangement which makes all of the difference. The Broadside Band's arrangement was good too. Its not just good players showing up like Baltimore Consort
From what I can find out it's either the London Opera or another. There isn't any real good information. They put out a series of classical videos, and then they stopped. That's all I can find.
An enjoyable piece, the musicians are clearly enjoying it too and it's well played and all that ... but not really authentic, even with the "period instruments." This is a Country Dance tune arranged by this group as a Baroque music art piece rather than something that would have been danced to.

C'mon, it's just Early Music Tai Chi. Hurts nobody - her mouth position remains pretty constant. Plus with dance music you have to play to the crowd a little. Again, hurts nobody.

They are called Three Notch'd Road, and they're based in Virginia. Fiona Hughes (violin) is the leader.

I normally hate recorders, but I hate this comment so much more I’m going to side with the recorder player on this one.
