Thanks for making this review. I LOVE the shark hair dryer. LOVE the brush attachment and the directional attachment but I fell like this curl attachment is just silly. Who designed this? I feel like they really could have done better taking into account storage options of the user and weight.

I just received mine this week and as a first impression, I love it! This shark blow dryer is worth it. I don't curl my hair so I'm not sure if I will purchase that attachment.

Thanks for that review. I've had my finger on the order now button for the last few days but couldn't decide which package to get. In the end I just decided to get the full premium set as its not really that much more than the 3 piece. I've got curly hair anyway but my 2 front bits sometimes need a bit of encouraging . Managed to get it for £239 instead of £299 by buying the wave attachment separately as they had a sale on the 3 piece (£199) and the wave was £39. It would have been £299 to purchase as a set. I felt that would be daft, even though I would have loved it all in one set. Can't wait to receive it now😃
It is a blow dryer, your hair should be damp for it to work properly, after washing your hair, let it dry to 80% and the use the dryer! By doing this you'll get a much better curl!
Hi Julissa ❤, It's a good concept but since you have to use when the hair is damp! You get a far better result when using the Dyson Airwrap and you know that that's going to last you for longer. Thank you 💕 for your time and effort as always 🥰!

In the instructions that came with mine it said for best results hair should be 80 to 90 percent dry the use this tool and it will dry and curl the hair. Finish with the cool shot before removing the tool.

You're supposed to use the curling attachment on damp hair, not dry.

Can you use this on wet hair?
I've been waiting to buy the dyson supersonic for 2 months(it's sold out here in the UK) I may get this shark blow-dryer instead, I'll be waiting for the rest of your review then I'll make a decision. Can't wait!
I've just bought the Shark, as the Dyson is out of stock. Its fabulous. Dried my hair in 9 minutes and so easy to straighten afterwards. All done in just under 30 minutes. Usually I spend well over an hour drying & straightening my thick wavy hair 😊
I think they are coming out with new models in summer. There’s a new airwrap version that is and I’m guessing there will be newer dryer versions too. I’d suggest waiting for Dyson. It is high quality and unmatched.
@@Aphrodite01 I find the Shark to be high quality, and it dries my hair perfectly. I have the Dyson Airwrap too. Both are great.

Yeah. Literally tells you to use this after you've rough dried your hair after washing.
This dryer is so much bigger than the Dyson. I can't imagine how much space it must take up to store it with all the attachments

It louder and heavier than a curling wand. It also takes longer. Yeah this is fail for me. I like hair gadgets, but this is just pointless. Curling wands work regardless of your hair being wet or dry. I want to see the other attachments.
Dyson airwrap gives better results. This thing is too chunky, heavy and gave worse results than a cheap curling iron. Pass.

You kind of shot the Shark down as you blew out straight, your curly hair before trying to curl it again. Need to use on wet hair and not have straightened curly hair first. The likely fact is you likely put on heat protectant to blow straight, which sealed your hair bonds straight. It's also a good way to ruin your hair, no matter how healthy the dryer. It's obvious you're young and rather inexperienced...I hope you listen to some advise here in your comments without taking it personal. You're very sweet and I think you've got potential but you need to read up, study up on the subjects your filming content about before you say things like: "I think this will work for..." understanding the dynamics and basic fundamentals about hair and how it reacts to products and tools is kind of important. This video didn't really show what the Shark can do, because of the way you did things. It's a very good dryer and that gizmo does work when used correctly. It's not my thing, but it could help some who want to do less damage curling their hair instead of using a hot iron. There's so many youtubers doing this kind of content, some who've been around since the beginning and are professional hair technicians. So it's really obvious when a young person comes in and does really silly mistakes that are done by teenagers who have hair to damage and no real knowledge of the subject. In short, no matter what style you do with hair, if you apply a heart protectant and curl or straighten, the bond in a hair cuticle gets temporarily fixed... until you wash again. To recurl straightened curly hair is essentially going to stress your bonds and create a sort of confusion. Now if you try to curl with a hot iron after a blow out, due to the high (damaging) heat, it's possible to go from naturally curly to blow out straight to heat iron curls. Yet to do that without damage is very difficult. Hope you improve and gain more knowledge.
They tried to be like dyson but they failed miserably. I wouldn’t waste money on this. Also if you have really long hair I don’t see this working very well at all.
