How to Replace a 2013 Volvo C30 ac Orifice Tube - Part 4 of replacing the entire a/c system

Continuing the Volvo C30 ac system replacement, this part focuses on the Orifice Tube only. No working knowledge required. My video a/c system has 4 Parts; Part 1 replaces the a/c Compressor. Part 2 replaces the Dryer. Part 3 replaces the Condenser and Part 4 replaces the Orifice Tube.

hi, great video series. Will you do anything with the ac evaporator? my c30 has a slow leak, not able determine leak under the hood. Replace condenser, dryer and using dye not seeing leak in the compressor. so like to determine whether is the evaporator, but look like it's a pain to get to it.

Thanks. I do not currently have plans to replace/clean the evaporator (knock on wood). In my unprofessional experience, there are always variables and yes it’s hard to pin point. If it’s a slow leak, it could possibly be a Schrader valve. There are three that I’m aware of. 1 under low pressure disconnect 2 under high pressure disconnect and 3 under low pressure switch. Are you certain it’s a slow leak?
