I LOVE this case so much, I ran a mild undervolt on my 11900k and 6900xt and the temps are absolutely fantastic, high 30s in simple tasks and mid 60s when theyre under really heavy loads. Its crazy how good this shoebox has been to me in the past 2 years
A fractal Lumen 240 AIO could be the best option for the A4 H2O; it has the pump in the radiator, giving it good height clearance and RGB on the water block letting you know when the computer is on. Just turn down the pump speed for quiet operation.
Just bought it on Saturday and I love it! Could definitely use some aftermarket PSU cables to really optimize airflow in this case, but you can fit a GPU as large as the 4080 Super FE into the case with little troubles. The USB case cables are also flexible rubber, which makes routing a bit more flexible than it would be otherwise. I have a 7800X3D with no PBO but CO turned on and a 4070 Super FE undervolted to 950mV (even got a mostly stable 925mV profile made up) inside of my new build with a 1000W ROG Loki PSU and it's been working great since last night! All temps staying under 90C in full load >99% of the time and remaining as low as 40C on idle and it's extremely quiet with the CoolerMaster ML240 Core. Really, those results are the most I could have asked for from this build and it's been a rare moment of genuine pride for me since I'd deem this the best build I've ever done in my life! Turning 35 in June, so that's saying something...
I use HumanCentric SFF Under Desk PC Mount to mount my UPC to my desk and have my tower on top of the desk. It's done well for that for 1.5 years at this point.
Loved the video. 💪🏼 Also, Dan Cases will always have a special place in my heart. They‘re so compact and I‘m s sucker for the industrial take. I‘m rocking a Meshlicious as my main rig. Can fullheartedly recommend that one, too.
hi, the screen is the M34WQ right? I have the M27Q, both have no decent PD so I also need to put the charger in my laptop, how did you manage to "add" PD so you need to use only 1 cable for the macbook air?
here for the build. stay for the shenanigans as for a SFF system mount i saw a vid from Optimum Tech a lil while back talking about one he uses (cant remember what is was rn though)
Damn. Thought this video was going to compare to other Mini ITX cases around the same liter size to this one and possibly talk about alternatives in 2024. But it was just, "We're replacing Klaire's computer! Wow, this is an easy case to build in."
It's probably not msi's fault. I have the same thing on the Asus z690i. For me, it helps to press the power extension and arrange the cable differently. I don't know if it's the case's fault, but similar strange things happen to me when I disassemble my PC
So did you just downsize and downgrade just because you could? Or was there a reason to harvest the parts from the original desk build? I'd personally keep an OP build, but that's probably because I don't have a ton of spare parts around.
I'm not using my original build as much as I'd like to and having the hardware used elsewhere makes the most sense. I'm in the middle of downsizing/minimizing my desk area too :)
Can we fit corsair sf1000L in this case? I have v1100 platinum from CM and corsair sf1000L Also, recommend which AIO should I use in this case? I have got Rog strix lc ii
My New Favorite Case just arrived from China, and I think it's very cool. Looked for days for an Australian seller for a case that suited me. The style would be fine in a lounge or on an office desk. Just a little bigger then a Cool Master NR200, but fits mATX and ATX PSU with the USB + C and Head Phone Jacks on the front not top. No AIO support. No Book in the Box, only things included are cable ties and screws. I wish it didn't have a glass size, but a glass side is the norm. On the box is X-GamerX Commerical Computer P60, I'm going make a case review and build video of it. Maybe???....Edit calling my channel Steve's Hardware Unboxing.
I built this not long ago, did some testing, and went back for NR200. Just because it was... not better enough than NR200? Yes, it is smaller, and backpackable, and really good thermals with chip aio and only two fans to ventilate the whole case. But it was kind of not what I wanted and I didn't like silver one in person. So for me NR200 is still a king, ultra versatile and small. Like without compromises small, and "build it whatever you like" small.
Agreed. However, one must understand, that the NR200 was designed for everything you mentioned (versatilty etc.) to appeal to almost everyone. I owned and built in 3 of them, fantastic case. Dan Cases are catered to a smaller audience who don‘t look for versatility. At least, that‘s how I see it.
@@easily_excitable yes. Only real downside of A4H2O for me is really unrational front i/o. Two large stiff cables only to achieve 2 ports on the front. And also questionable design of PSU cage, I dont get why it has many round holes, restricting the airflow, instead of one large fan cutout. Also _my_ case had 1cm longer than needed riser cable. I searched reddit and found that really odd, because everyone elses builds seems to have correct length. Otherwise its a really well thought out case. I wish they release "plus" version of it for 280 AIO and 4 slot gpus. It just need to be a little wider, its long enough already.
can someone confirm if the issue with the MSI board and cooler master PSU repeatable? I also have a cooler master v750 sfx and planning to buy that exact board...
To answer the question of the title: Yes, it is. Except if you got a passion for custom mods (and a Dremel), then you could go for the S300, buy two of the cases, cut a hole in the top of the first, and use the second one to create a top hat from .. sure, your big fat 3-slot GPU doesnt fit, but then, you just could go for a S400, and do the same, no? :) cu, w0lf.

hello, can i pls see your full build somewhere? that's really my goal is to build compact, quiet and cool setup
I said "In the bin" in Marty's voice and ofc you played the clip lmao
I was gonna Facetime with him to record a new one for the video but I thought that would be a bit over the top lol
love the MCM "in the bin" reference. great video as always
Ali from optimum tech did a great mount for his rig. Creators unite!
Hell yeah!

Happy to see, or hear Klaire! \o/
Really enjoyed this video due to the fun aspect. Most tech vids are so boring so keep up the fun lol
These ones are much more fun to make as well!
I've used Aorus boards for my last few builds with no issues! They are my go to!
hey, you build PCs as a business?
Thanks dude. Love your channel super wholesome. A plus from me as I'm not into the whole tech bro thing

Nice build! I've never shopped for parts for a build that small. Must be challenging!
This case looks so nice. Would like to build in it soon! 😎

What’s the monitor mount that Klaire’s using? That looks great.
I cant remember the exact model but it's from Omnidesk - (I may have a little discount code if you're purchasing from AU)
Using an Ncase M1 v5, thinking of getting the H2O
This was a nice video

are you aio fans intaking from the inside of the case or outside
I just used the next best Amazon under desk mount for my NR200 :)
Will have a look!
Omni desk has an under desk stand. I have a NZXT Itx case.... and it sits under my desk and its fine. Even when raising or lowering.
Ok TT is sponsoring a video which features Lian Li case 😂
Wondering if you will ever review the Thermaltake View 270 case?

Yes but for our workloads they just aren't as good

Quick question for ya'll,
Is this big enough to fit a cooler good enough for a 7900x3d? I think the ppt is 162w. I was looking at the Deep Cool LT520
what are those speakers
There is a reason some people hate anything apple related and it's not hard to find why.
This case is nice, however I love my meshlicious to the moon and back 🥰
I see that Phantom Spirit 120 EVO is beating many AIOs…so NR200P might be king again for ITX cases
What specs do you have there ?
Small form pc content 🔥👌
Awesome video fams. Keep up the hard work
I wonder if the A4 H2o case has issues with MB's mine with a Lian Li PSU and an ASUS MB does the same thing.
It's not the case. I had this happen in another build and also bench testing too
why didn't klaire want a tower 300
go to the hardware store, get some aluminum bar stock, a hammer , and bend/make your own brackets. That way you can make it to your size.

ironic how this is a pc building channel but you daily apple
