My bestfriend and Beautiful daughter (forever 19 yrs old) left December 2021 and her flowers are sunflowers and many of her friends got flower tattoos when she left. Moody and isolation are what I do when I get into those deep, dark places. I don't need any introspection from someone else when it comes to my problems. Yes, I do have a hard time accepting help from others. I have always carried the weight of the world and the moon on my shoulders. I did speak to a friend yesterday evening because I was tired of being in that dark place and needed a hand getting up. Then I talked to my middle sister last night. We are the only two left from my family. My parents and oldest sister have been gone for a while. Dad 38 years, mom and sister 6 years. Yet my living sister still talks shit about the one that passed. Had to cut her off and call her out. I am so tired of it being that she was the shit stirrer and always had to be the bearer of bad news in our family. Oddly, this all came out of the clear blue, especially since I set boundaries with a lot of people and my sister a few years ago. Pretty spot on with this reading today. Thank you, Paul. Feel like this life has taken me to the bottom of Mariana Trench. Just learned that it's cresent shaped, like the moon. Survived far more than should have been possible. Had to break the chains that were holding me down. Lost so many, some transitioned, some were attached to the chains, the dead weight, the wands. Totally with you on the , "Cheer up." bit. As a woman, when down, I put extra effort into my physical appearance. Try to go out even if it's just mall crawling with real purpose. I've been going through "this" for years now and it seems like the world has gone against me. I feel stuck, living with various illnesses, middle aged and cold. When I'm home to work on healing all eyes from neighbors are on me, commenting about my every move. When I'm outside, trying to experience mother nature, strangers are all shady towards me. They use micro aggressions daily and i feel beaten down. It's hard to see the beauty around me when you're exhausted. I feel that ending my life is inevitable. The only reason I'm still here is my cat. I resent humanity.

It is very hard when you have absolutely nobody you can "ask for help" while experiencing these really deep feelings. Past experience means I have to plough on alone, fair weather friends are a waste and a huge drain of my energy so I can no longer allow these in my life. I struggle daily, but I guess that is my destiny. I've given so much to others and received nothing in return, I really don't understand how life works. It simply doesn't for me.

I just recently lost my 91yo father. Miss him so bad because he’s so close to me. In the past 5 years he’s my mom’s care giver (mom starts having dementia). Now I and my older brother took the responsibility. I’m a single mom and work hard for it. I sleep with my cats. I keep a paper with my dad’s handwriting that is contact numbers to the cemetery where he wanted to be buried. And while I was nursing him in his last days in the hospital, I made flowers corsage.
