Follow your heart and listen to what and how your body tells you to proceed in your healing journey. Don't let anyone scare you into doing something with your body that you're not comfortable with. Get a 2nd, 3rd, and even 4th opinion. I did. Stay positive, and don't let this dis-ease take control. There were some family and friends I had to stay away from because their energy was so heavy and was dragging me down because of their fears. I took charge. Got the extra diagnostics I wanted. Agreed to surgery, but no chemo or radiation for me. The surgeon had only specific things I allowed him to do. After that, I went to Sunridge Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ, for holistic IV therapy for 30 days. Best decision I ever made. 5 years dis-ease free! You'll be there too! Love and light with much positive energy being sent to you. 💜 Also listening to Meditative Minds on UA-cam. 527 Htz frequency was comforting. Find one that resonates with you. I listened to it 24/7. Had it always playing in the background throughout the day.

Energy exchange is something I've been made aware of during my most recent assention.
I'm working on it at the moment.
Over time (my whole life!)
I've allowed my personal generosity to continually deplete myself.. I've been drawn to and freely given my all to emotionally damaged and energetically draining needy controlling people. Being loving towards them and trying to help them.
But also eventually feeling energetically drained to the point of mental exhaustion and totally worn out by all of it
Not realising why they seem to just dip in and out of my life. Using me when they need my light and energy. But immediately dropping me after they had thier fill.
These experiences have led me to gradually assend. I've been put on a path of learning lessons through these people and the emotional pain I've encountered because of them.
So I've now put myself into a deep hermit self love contemplation recovery mode. I finally ended up feeling mentally cold and physically ill. Not a good or natural space for my loving nature.
I'll re-emerge when I'm recharge. Meanwhile, my attitude is in review towards how much I give.. this experience has perminently changed me.
As you say, energy is a finite resorse. How much you give of your personal life force and to who is not to be taken lightly. It really needs to be an equal exchange.
Ive only just realised I just needed to put boundaries in place to protect myself.
A simple truth

Totally resonating with this reading!! Great reminder to put myself in my list of priorities. Having my 90 year old mom with stage 6 dementia living with us, caring for her every need 24/7 can be exhausting/depleting and when I get breaks from it, I still think about the crazy things she’s doing/saying so I need to take my breaks not thinking, and letting that go for sure and focus on the many blessings I have. I was in hospital for major surgery, doing well now but still recovering and I do feel that my physical and emotional and financial resources are finite, that's why I'm scared of what this treatment, the next phase of this medical journey, is going to do to my body, my energy levels and my capacity to do the things I used to. So whilst it's true that I've simplified my life in order to deal with this, all the uncertainty makes it difficult to plan the future. What is my ideal life? How long do I have to create it? 🙏🩵
