Apparently Davis was also a former Fleischer staff member in fact even Dave Fleischer reunited with Marcus in the 40s (both worked for Screen Gems at the same time)

Art Davis was assigned to assist Dick Huemer as an Inbetweener on the OUT OF THE INKWELL films in 1924. In the process, Art Davis is generally considered to have been the first official Inbetweener in the animation business, and this production method was expanded at Fleischer's Inkwell Studio at a time when Animators did every drawing for their scenes. As for the 1940s, the Fleischer Brothers were not reunited with Marcus at Screen Gems. Only Dave was there as Producer. Max had gone to Jam Handy in Detroit as the Supervisor of the Animation Departments. They had two.

@@RayPointerChannel Thank you, Ray Pointer! Sid Marcus only was credited on Screen Gems shorts (after 1941) around 1945, which was by the time Dave Fleischer was no longer producing for Screen Gems.
I shared Google Maps photos of the current building of the Miami Fleischer Studio on the r/Miami subreddit, in which repliers are finding it cool.

Wait a sec... Wasn't there a Flip the Frog cartoon from 1932 that had the same name of this car.. Oh, this cartoon was made 1 year before. Never mind! 😅
