This card isn't for anyone... To realise the energy savings, you have to buy the card first... then spend several years to save enough on energy cost that there are already 2-3 follow up generations of cards.
Especially considering the dropping energy prices in Europe.

Anyone have a different take on the 4060? Curious if there’s a great build for this I’m not thinking about.

It really should've been the 4050(ti) - $199 for regular, $249 for ti/8gb, $299 for 16g.

I agree, though I wonder how many people just pick one up, maybe replacing a really old card and it will just be way faster than that and they don't know the details of it.
