Better idea is to build an isolation room, and wear a hazmat suit before using your MacBook.
If you have paid so much money, why use the best screen instead put on a screen guard. Don't use your key board, save it, and buy an external keyboard, save for exactly what ? Why did you buy, if you are not going to use ? It's a great keyboard.
Please don't add too many layers between you macbook, this may strain your display and keyboard which can cause unexpected malfunction. Trust me, the laptop is designed without any consideration for our keyboard and screen protector additions.

Without the use of a screen protector MacBook Pro 14/16 is useless. Sooner or later will get dimples/holes in the display caused by dust partcles trapped between keyvoard and screen and / or trackpad area.
