  • howdy nerds :D If you're a content creator like me, you know how easy it is to get caught up in the hustle and forget to take care of yourself. Burnout is no joke, and it can seriously mess with your mental and physical health. In this video, I share some tips on how I recognize and prevent content creator burnout.
    I talk about some real signs of burnout that I've experienced, like the exhaustion that creeps in leaving you feeling just generally over it. But I also talk about how I make sure to take time for myself and not push myself too hard. It's all about setting boundaries and knowing when to say no.
    And let's not forget about self-care! I prioritize activities like taking breaks, working out, and spending time with my besties. It's so important to make time for the things that make you feel good.

    I burnt out after 2 years of doing really good. Went offline for like 3 months and now I’m trying to get back. But I’m struggling with losing a lot of what I had built. It is really demotivating.
