You're the best!
Thank you so much, bro. It worked after I turned it on and off and then restarted. Grateful 💐
This worked for me! My firewall was off so I turned it on then off then restarted my computer. Then the software was able to update with no problem. Thank you!!
Great work. Really helped me.
You're a saint. 100% works. Restart first tho.

Is your problem solved now? If yes then what did you do apart from this video?
It didn’t worked on my M1 MacBook Air
Try restarting your mac after disabling the firewall and then update and then if it works please comment “worked”
@@PlayingCode haa ab install ho gaya but pehle v mera firewall off hi tha.
Ache actually ham 4-5 baar download kar liye the aab usko delete kaise kare ??
@@PlayingCode how should we find and delete the previously downloaded but uninstalled updates? I tried downloading it thrice, got the same error. I’m guessing it’s eating up disk space?
@@50_manishkumar43 kia apka bhi 12.13 GB pr akar stuck ho gaya tha
@@rehmanbukhari844 follow the video & then restart the computer it will work.
Nope, it didn't work. Instead, I now get the message "The package InstallAssistant.pkg fails to meet Gatekeeper policy. An error occurred while installing the selected updates."
Have you restarted after disabling the firewall?
@@PlayingCode So, after disabling the firewall, I should restart my iMac and then try the installation again?
@@FlowJunkee65 yes
@@PlayingCode Thank you for your clarification. I will try again and post my result afterwards. Thank you, Playing Code.
@@PlayingCode IT WORKED PERFECTLY NOW! THANK YOU, PLAYING CODE! Warning to some of you, however. When installing the update, my screen said there were 4 minutes left for the process to complete, however it took more like 20 minutes, BUT it successfully installed. So, BE PATIENT! Do not cancel the installation even though it may take more time than what your computer says it will.
