I really enjoyed the expidite suffering like effect thermal sunder has, how it combines all the heat procs into one condensed hit. I dont really nuke with it, but ive thouroughly enjoyed using it's expedite suffering effect on demolysts with a beam weapon to apply a silly amount if heat procs. I mostly use heat inherit these days but it was fun discovering this for myself.
@@Dom4z How would you have two buttons for one ability? Best method is to not have an ability you spam, be a button thats annoying to repeatedly press. I use a mouse with thumb buttons, makes ability assigning for rapid presses easy.
I changed streamline to Boreal's hatred because efficiency capped at 175% and it can add shield if you are using melee retaliation arcane. Works fine too
He isn't nearly as effective on eximus units as he is on normal enemies because what you are doing here is the same as any other source of heat, just stacks like normal with the only difference being that you can expedite suffering it with the cold cast. On normal enemies heat sunder is much, much, MUCH stronger as each cast takes existing procs, doubles them (triple with archon vitality) and applies that as anew heat procs, giving a positive feedback loop of exponentially scaling damage (the next cast will double/triple the previous heat procs including the original heat and the previous casts). This means you have exponentially scaling damage and a way to deal it all at once, eximus negate that exponential part which serious hurts its capabilities, a primer or a LOT of casting can get around it though as you demonstrate here... just thought I would point out why people say he isn't effective against eximus. He is, just not nearly as much as he normally is. Anyone curious about how the ability works in depth I have a guide on overframe, 2nd highest rated on Gauss and Gauss Prime, build is extremely similar to what this guy uses as well.
TS is well demonstrated Sir.. I just started using Gauss prime.. and the impression I had that Gauss is best used as a weapon platform while replacing TS with weapon buff ability.. and thanks for the demonstration
@@AlvinEarthworm even before the nerf it never was, since it scales its damage off duration as well having the stats locked at 50% battery, losing the 100% damage boost that sunder gets from redline, and ESPECIALLY losing the 100% armor strip made it relatively weak in comparison to Gauss... only rhino had a chance of keeping up before. Unlimited energy helped but wasn't strictly enough.
I recommend watching the full video. At around the 2:30 mark, I take the build into Steel Path. If you are curious why Sunder is so effective, I recommend checking this video: ua-cam.com/video/Jc4d2Fd2QW8/v-deo.html
Delete this video right now it cannot be known us gauss mains need to keep gauss unnerfed
Wow. That's impressive.

Did not know that. Pretty cool. 😮
The only thing i don't like is that you have to hold the button to do the heat proc, and only tap it for the cold.
You can invert it in options to be tap for hot, hold for cold.
But ye, it could of been two buttons tbh. Would make it less annoying to use.
Invert settings exist
Go to Settings > Keyboard/Mouse > Invert Tap/Hold Abilities
Set Gauss to Inverted
Now you will tap for heat and hold for cold. :))

Nah bruh. U miss it.
Thumb buttons are for running/rolling. @@mystic8187

No. You're goated!
Ps- Thanks :))
Does the 4th ability need to be active?
Yes. Redline buffs thermal sunder damage.

Thermal sunder is useful on harrow.
@@deocardiocardososoutodacon8232 The Helminth version of TS was nerfed not long ago. It's nowhere near as effective on Harrow now.

they weren't even steel path enemies..No wonder they are killed so easy
