Thank you to each of the Pineapples for making thse wonderful videos of your "adventures", including these great clips of the Pride parade. I've not been in San Diego in many years but have found it to be a very welcoming and open City! Don't be strangers! Love ya'.
I'm so happy that you gusy live in a city that is so friendly to our community. It also sends a strong message to the rest of the nation about how we all should live and how we can coexist if we respect and understand each other. That is amazing!! Thank you for sharing this clip of the parade. Love you guys and Happy Pride!!💖💖💖🌈🌈🌈
I think it’s important to also highlight that San Diego is a major USA military city too - amazing to have such a supportive community here! Hope that the entire country can be this way in the future. That would be beautiful and positive and much needed change for our society. 💫❤️
That was beautiful....You all look great and I love your dogs. I may have stated in the past I worked out in SD for 8 months as a travel RN back in 2005. It appears that the community has really grown. Thanks for sharing this and all your videos.
What a wonderful parade. Jess; thank you for a great commentary, and everything that comes with it is pretty amazing too! My favourite is the intro - the first minute and a half, where your voice shows a mature sensitivity I think is absolutely perfect. The pace of it works itself out with a soft and thoughtful core. Believing in love. Pineapples, you are incredible! 🏳🌈
Thank you for the support and compliments on the commentary - trying new editing methods and had hoped commentary would be appreciated to go along with our video clips! 🥰🏳️🌈💫
Thank you for sharing this video. Thank you for dropping all the facts too. I’m so glad you found a community that supports you. I just discovered your channel and I love you guys. You’re so cute together. Can’t wait for more. 🌈💕
So glad you discovered us and are enjoying the channel 🎉 So happy you enjoyed the facts, was fun to learn more that we didn’t know about the community to share with everyone! Happy Pride! 🏳️🌈🫶
We have come a long way since Stonewall, great video guys, good to see so many companies being so supportive, I hope you make it to Sydney Mardi Gra one year!!🏳🌈❤
Nice! My dad had a black Thunderbird just like that chartreuse Thunderbird in the parade. I really like parades. You guys need one more pup...a trio of pups for the trio of bucks! WOW...that's very gay friendly. What a great way to end a Gay Pride Parade. Excellent!
Looks like y'all had a fantastic and fun day at the parade . We have a huge month-long pride celebration here in St Petersburg Florida with a huge parade also. Thanks for sharing, Peace and Love back at ya boys ❤️💕🥰
I came across this channel today and have to say you guys are amazing. Handsome, humor, love dogs and cats, with intelligence, compassion. I had to subscribe. I'm a straight woman who enjoys feel good channels. And this channel is one of the best. I so appreciate the good feel vibes. Thanks guys! ❤️🎉🏳️🌈🌹
This is so beautiful to read today! So happy you are enjoying the Channel and have found us to be a "feel good" channel. That is exactly what we want to be and share! Hope you continue to enjoy the adventures and content that is shared!
Thanks for sharing your city’s Pride Parade. It is great to see your community is well supported by the essential & emergency services too. Hope the pups survived the crowds & activity surrounding them. 🌻
Pride is about Freedom, Equality, Happiness & all other optimistic traits..... We should all celebrate Pride in all shapes, colors & forms. Thank you guys for sharing this video to everyone. We all belong in one community & celebrate it all. Thank you. Love you guys Jess, Alex & Zac. Happy Pride!! 😎💖🏳🌈🏳🌈🏳🌈
🎉🎉OMG!!! I'm gonna cry! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING! 😢😢That's so freaking cool watching the police, the paramedics, and the fire fighters supporting the gay community that is so freaking awesome!!!!! WOW!!!🎉🎉
So beautiful seeing the greater San Diego and California community show so much love, kindness, and support for its LGBTQ people! 300,000 people! Just wonderful!
Glad to see my 2nd state and city continuing the support and strength of Pride. I loved SD the first few minutes I visited there from LA when the company I worked for in Century City was about to move us there in Bonita. To develop all of what is now the communities of Otay Lakes and many more. That was 1981. Met my lifetime friends, a brother and sister and eventually my partner there. I got to experience so much living there, from Golden Hills/Hillcrest to Poway, Del Mar to La Costa, Pacific Beach to Alpine/Julian. LA and Palm Springs. So many years, so many changes. I hope everyone gets out and votes in this most important time coming up to keep things from turning out way different in SD and everywhere else for the LGBT people. So glad you guys are living your best lives there. Looking great as ever.
You experienced the early days of the SD LGBTQ community and Hillcrest then! Thanks so much for sharing, so fun for us to hear of the stories of SD’s past and tie it into the Beautiful city we now know today! We all will be out to vote and hope all of our community does as well 🎉
What a fun event that was. So glad you shared it with us. I got all verklempt watching all the acceptance and unity displayed. This country needs so much more of that right now. Jess, you’re getting so good at doing these videos, keep em coming. Still waiting to hear about this new business venture, can’t you give me a little hint?…lol Can’t wait to see what is next..❤❤❤
Glad you enjoyed it! So happy the video quality is good and that the message and positivity of the SD Pride parade came through! Haha, we will share much more in the future... right now in the middle of all of it and plan to share when life settles down a bit.
Howdy Boys!! See the parade takes me back to all the parades I marched in while living in SD! It always started on Normal Street & went up University Blvd to Sixth Avenue down to the Park where the festival grounds were. It's nice that the shock value has toned down a lot!! Of course, when I was attending was about the time you were all small children! The early '90's was still a turbulent time in San Diego. So many gay bashings & murders. I remember that the SD Police had to place their mobile command posts on University Blvd in North Park due to the amount of attacks. Always love watching the three of you together. You're always so much fun in what ever you do!!!!!!!!!!!!! Big bear hugs from Kenny in Ohio!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wow Kenny, so so glad that things have changed for the better - very much to people like you and all those that came before and marched during those times! We are so grateful that San Diego has blossomed into a very LGBTQ friendly city. We love it here! Thanks for sharing your experiences, we love hearing about how things have grown (and how theyve stayed the same too). Parade still goes down the route that you remember! Hope you continue to enjoy the channel! Happy SD Pride!
We have not been to many parades so we dont really know how others are - but San Diego did a fantastic job with the quality of this pride parade - we would love to invite family and firends to attend with us next year!
That was nice watching your parade, ours is this Saturday as part of the pride events, Brighton UKs Pride is the largest now in the UK, and one which at the end of the parade is a park, i dont go to the park as i never know whether i will be well enough to attend, at the moment, is 30c 90f a little too hot for me but who knows perhaps it will cool a little before then. I wont take the dogs , so in Brighton there's around 30, 000 gays lesbians and every one else, that live here permanently, this is the largest community in the country, over the pride weekend it will swell to 300,000, all rooms in all the available places to stay are booked out, take a peak, Brighton Pride.
I'm going to say not many states in the US does this including Maryland but sometime in the future, I want to move somewhere like in Pittsburgh or other nearby metro areas within the DMV area. I live in a rural area so with me being LGBT accepted where I live has been a struggle since it's mostly a republican area. But just seeing this is just a very beautiful sight to see.
I can very much see that could be a struggle in a small town atmosphere like that! We all come from very republican areas as well (Arizona, Utah, Montana) - never felt completely comfortable to be fully ourselves in public until we moved here to California - much work still to do in this country!
interesting observation! We have no idea what the breakdown is regarding the gender of the attendees. We didnt notice this, would be an interesting statistic but a hard one to track. We do know that it is estimated that 300,000 people attended the pride parade and festival this year! The festivities attract a diverse croed including people of all genders and sexual orientations, its so beautiful to see and experience :)
Clearly you didn’t even watch. It’s literally shown extensively that it was not sexualized. This was very family friendly and was not about sex. Foolish to comment nonsense like this that is not true.
Thank you to each of the Pineapples for making thse wonderful videos of your "adventures", including these great clips of the Pride parade. I've not been in San Diego in many years but have found it to be a very welcoming and open City! Don't be strangers! Love ya'.

So glad you enjoyed 🎉 - I’m sure much is still familiar from 2005, but the city is growing and Hillcrest is getting more density. Love to see it!
I am impressed to see service providers, community organizations, and religious entities coming together. 🏳️🌈❤️
We were too! So Beautiful to see so much of the Greater San Diego Community show up to celebrate with the LGBTQ community!
Thanks for sharing the parade with us all. It was very bright and lovely and I'd feel comfortable taking my nieces and nephews with me to it. ❤
So happy you enjoyed! We definitely will invite our family next year 🎉 so pleased with how it was all celebrated and presented for the public 🏳️🌈
