My late partner and I used to go to zoos and aquariums together locally and every time we traveled. He was a big kid, just like I am. I miss these adventures with him so this video was close to my heart. ❤️

It was another time and I am so glad for the freedom we worked so hard for. You are so nice to share with us, thank you. Gary was killed while we were serving with the Marines. I reget he never lived to experience the freedom to be gay and in love. Thank you for reminding me of a special time in my life.

We’ve never been! It’s very close to us - just a 15 minute drive Legoland is nearby as well, but haven’t been in a couple years. We go to Disney Pride every June at Disneyland in Anaheim - just an hour north of us.
Leopards are a beautiful creature. My favorites at zoo are the penguins, otters, giraffes. Worst is any type of snake :( A nice and big zoo. Would love to see Colorado Springs. Theirs is a side of a mountain. Know for the giraffes.
Nice to see the Zoo and it's many improvements in the last 25 years. My first apartment in San Diego was on Park Blvd. But I lived many other places over the years near there also and loved to bike in the park and surrounding HC/NP/UH/MH neighborhoods. My best friend lived in Golden Hills after leaving Hillcrest. In my early 20's when I first arrived in SD after LA. So glad to see other generations enjoying their lives there as well. You three certainly change the landscape where ever you go

He knows how to drive - he just hates it and doest unless he absolutely has to. Whenever he is asked what kind of cat he wants: "I dont care as long as it has a driver" HAHA
They take great care of them. Many are part of endangered conservation programs - to keep them from going extinct from the damage us humans have done to their environment. San Diego Zoo is amazing at the care and conservation they provide! Alex and Jess are married, and have been together for 10 years. Zac has been dating us for 10 months now.
