Alex is such a patient and wonderful teacher! And you Jess, an absolute model student, calmly waiting for Alex to guide you❤. Those crisp clean edges are a perfectionist’s idea of heaven!! I have seen the older gift wrapping video Alex had done at the Loft. That was equally awesome to watch. Does Alex have any tips for those flimsy plastic-y sheets? They do not like to be tamed at all. (I got a bunch of those off Amazon, not what I thought they would be, so it’s either use them or throw them😢) P.s. From the ‘stache November to clean shave December, you are just looking younger and younger.. I’d dare say you look 25 now☺️

Looks easy from the video. I might have to watch it again in the morning when I go to wrap presents. I have never been good at gift wrapping. I wish I had someone like Alex to show me years ago, my husband goes for gift bags instead of wrapping. Great job Jess.

Wow, nice!! But I prefer to buy all my gifts at Saks Fifth Avenue. They wrap and they look beautiful. The only problem is remembering which gift belongs to which person!! I love to watch people open them to see if I got it right or not. 🎅

taping the paper would make it easier for me too but i cannot stand the paper taped to the box, it does make it tricky but i gotten used to using my feet or even my knees to hold the paper taught to the box until i get the tape on, you would think gift bags might make my life easier but i have to position the tissue paper to make it appear full yet conceal the gift, yes be grateful you are not living in my mind, i am barely staying sane possibly maybe who knows

Careful Jess--it’s a trap!!😂 I worked in the gift wrap area for a high-end store during one Christmas season many years ago and learned all the tricks to doing a professional wrap on almost any size/shape package. And for years afterwards, I had friends and family bringing me over to help wrap their gifts for Xmas, birthdays, anniversaries, etc….always lots of fun but time-consuming😅!
