Good afternoon, dear Erin! Today I went off the rails! Disorganized, tired, without the desire to do anything, but I did it anyway. Yesterday and today, very forgotten! I went to sweep the sidewalk and left the sweet potatoes cooking! I don't even need to mention the color of the burnt pan and the smell in the kitchen, lol!!! I was sweeping under a ficus (tree) and I forgot about the world! Something good was the feeling of joy, peaks of joy, between yesterday and today... Thank you for your time!!
It's a beautiful day. Last night tornado warnings at 11:45. Got woke up to crabbing pets and heading to basement. By 12:30 Indiana time back to bed w/o air. Woke up at 4am. But by 5 something we got Power! Again. Grateful for the guys working while I tried to sleep😅❤ Thank you guys
I also couldn't sleep until 3:44 AM. I managed to sleep until 9:00. My pets are frantic, barking at everything or nothing and my cats, some very excited and others in hibernation.😂😅😅

It helps so much to GROUND GROUND GROUND. Barefoot on grass/Earth. Touch a tree! Breathe in for 4 seconds....(hold for 4 seconds), exhale for 4 seconds. Feet and/or body in the water.....river/ocean/sea.....THIS HELPS SO MUCH! Eat as healthy as you can. Drink only water if you can......ENJOY THE BEAUTIFUL (ENERGY) !!!!

Man I am suffering some anxiety really bad. So I'm going to try to take deep breaths I am going to try to go outside here in a little bit try to cut some grass then when I get done with that to try to stand outside or maybe I'll sit outside in the Shady area. I know I need to release something. I'm feeling nervous have a lot of anxiety about like I'm shaking inside. So I'm going to go cut some grass here in a little bit so the grass is down so I can stand on it Barefoot maybe sit underneath some trees. I don't know if you guys realize that trees are very healing and they can absorb some of this energy. They release it so trees are your friends
Tired and heavy? Agreed. Losing weight too! Appetite is one meal a day. Is that normal? Not for me, my normal is 2 a day. I go to a farmers market and I got home made Seeded rye bread. I had one bite today.
I am struggling so much right now. I had my left hip replaced on June 10th. I have been in physical therapy for the past 5 weeks and I am leaving on Thursday. I am waiting to hear about an apartment but for now will go to a homeless shelter. I lost everything about 7 years ago including my ability to walk. In about two months I will have the other hip done and then should be able to walk again. I have no one in my life right now who believes what I believe and I feel so alone. I just want a home again and to have people to talk to and encourage each other. It is such a struggle right now and I am confused and scared.

What I look forward to is being around like minded friends and having a home again. Not a house but a home. My wife and I divorced in 2004 and she passed in 2007, my daughters were 12 and 8 at the time and I raised them as a stay at home "Soccer" dad lol. The house we lived in was the first place I truly considered "Home". I want that again. Raising them was the happiest time of my life. I wouldn't trade one day of that time together for anything.

Saturday, I had the weirdest situation. Is it possible to hear past, present, and future? I came home with my family, of coarse three of my members were needing the restroom. I was in the kitchen and I heard 4th male voice that sounded like my son but too old to be him, he’s 9 yrs old. I asked my son and husband if they said ‘hi, Mama.” My son said “no, I was peeing.” It sounded like my son but the voice was grown up to be him. I had my husband check throughout the house. I also saw a video of Jason Mamoa’s son looking like was in his twenties when he’s 12 or 14 yrs old. The world is wonky and it’s interesting…tiring too.
Mirror I look around, and everything looks the same. I drive by subdivisions, and they all look the same, too. I walk the parks, and they all look the same. I talk to people, and they all talk the same I look at the females and why they think their looks and body is the ticket 🎟 I look at the man and why they think ego and pride plus their Pickle is the way. I look at the world, and I know it's better I had to stop looking outside of me of everything the world is showing me not to be or do. I started looking in the mirror 🪞 at me I see in the mirror 🪞 a man that was lost I see in the mirror 🪞 a man who was confused I see in the mirror 🪞 how I was living for the world I see in the mirror 🪞 I have to change for me. Not what the world wants me to be. I see in the mirror that I wasn't loving myself I see in the mirror that I wasn't thinking about my health I see in the mirror that I didn't know about my wealth I see in the mirror 🪞 all the shadows of myself I see in the mirror 🪞 I am to face myself I see in the mirror 🪞 and it's not out of vain. I see in the mirror 🪞 cause it allows me to see myself consciously. Mirrors 🪞 are all around you. Look at the people you are interacting with. Look how they dress. Look at you! Look what type of car you drive. Look at what they drive, too. Look at what you like to do, and look at what they like, too. Even family is the biggest mirror 🪞 of you. I am just giving you the veil 👰♂ how close are you? Open up! See, when I say mirror 🪞 it's the energy how we are innerly connected. Or blueprint of energy passes off to one another. And we consciously don't even know it. We all have our unique blueprint, one of a kind, just like our fingerprint. That alone allows you to know how different you are.
question for @Consciously Erin meditation, regressions and all this are activated with the pineal gland in the physical mind yes? so if one was to say be brain damaged in a way could that prevent someone from receiving messages, if its effected by the brain damage what could it potentially stop?
That’s an excellent question that I am not sure I have an answer to. It may depend on the extent and location of the damage, but I don’t know that the brain would prevent the connection, but may make it harder to translate the vibration.
@@ConsciouslyErin i have epilepsy so my brain shorts out essentially, so i dont know how much damage is there at this point. it was in 2 spots. thus why i am seeking out assistance from the et / light beings, to find out really whats going on, our human doctors dont have a clue really.
