Mate I'm seeing an issue with how they left Chuck? Yeah he's human and everything now .. but the writers forgot that he's God .. he created everything .. he has knowledge on every single thing in existence .. The knowledge he has still? He's still able to be a bigger threat to earth than anything else they've ever fought. Maybe spells to power himself up kinda like Jack did? Or maybe summon the empty to earth to destroy it all? (I'm sure he's the only person who knows how) There are still millions of ways he could be the biggest threat in existence merely because he has knowledge of literally everything. He created everything. He knows how everything works and probably has knowledge on spells and things that no one in existence ever even came across. So when Jensen said: "This isn't goodbye, just see ya later" , they might use that to bring the show back in the future for a short season. Same as they did with Heroes, bringing it back for 1 season as Heroes Reborn
@@STEVEN-cw2gh Good point!! After all the possible capabilities and storylines we've seen, so much could happen. It's very possible for Chuck to find allies to bring down Sam and Dean and the whole world.
I'm glad I came to watch this. I was confused as to how they will pick up from this and end the series. This episode felt like the series finale and I just sat and bawled like a baby!! I figured the 2 hour special next week was probably just going to be like a comicon panel of the top actors discussing the show and flashbacks. From what I've read, that's only the first hour. The last hour actually ends the world. So, we shall see...
And will probably go to hell. Isn't it ironic? He ends up in the same place he condemned countless people to. I hope the demons get to do whatever they want to him, at least they have SOME moral standards.
Kinda original Death ain't around no more otherwise non this would happen remember he's stronger than God, lucifer, micheal, Lucifers son, Darkness, he was the top dog and him being around is what brought the balance. I believe God was a genius knowing in the end Dean would rid him of the only person that could stop him
ensan ensandost 1 second ago Chuck did not have a negative personality, he is the same person who was willing to sacrifice himself for his creatures in the previous episodesHe is the author of 13 series of this series that we likedHe is the author of 13 series of this series that we liked
Not really. God has been alive for eons and taking his power made him mortal. A human's brain can't comprehend that amount of information, so he'll forget 90% of the stuff he knows.
Thats the thing though, Chuck is now a normal, plain as day human. He may have all his previous knowledge, but to use it, namely any spells and such, he would first have to procure the ingredients and such. As a normal human, he can become a hunter in disguise to get back at the Winchesters, however, we all know how untimely all Hunters, besides the Winchester boys, die. The boys had Luck on their side, no other hunters had that. If Chuck tried to go out hunting for the ingredients to any spell that could possibly help him he would almost certainly die.
I mean....this is really old trick of cinema plotting: god is evil but dumb and he create human just for fun, demon is good, human is better than both and can beat god with a little bit effort
@@MistedMind im not sure what youre saying. Humans arent gods children. Theyre his creation. When you get tired of your playdough man, you crush it right? Smash it up in your hands? @@dedsecdefalt7888 just saw ep20, goddammit this was a crappy ending, the "omnipotent" part was obviously just in name only, it feels like they didnt even try with the final, oh, well, time to finish the villain, lets make him powerless....and make jack the new boss, and than lets wrap it up as fast as possible with dean dying somehow and sam getting old and dying.
It was The Worst ending Ever, The End. Andrew dabb still “thinks” he’s a genius, but delusional neurological disorders without treatment turned his mind, and our show; to mush.
In the series it was always obvious God was full of him self. So he would obviously say he's all powerful even if not. His sister was stronger than him, he wasnt omnipresent or omniscient.
@@justinblakeney3466 true that’s why I really didn’t like or enjoy the last season as much as the others I think the ending & the last season was so rushed that it ended on a low even with the high expectations for the final season it still just wasn’t as good as it should’ve & I think the writers wrote themselves into a corner that is really hard to get out of u can’t have Chuck be all knowing & powerful & then give him such ending even if they have a moral lesson or an idea that chuck is also prideful & his pride led him into vanity It’s still not a good way to end the show it wasn’t bad but it could’ve been way way way better & could’ve used another season as well 😁 (wow I wort a lot I don’t think anyone will bother reading shit but u enjoyed writing it😂🤣 🙃)
I think this ending was so stupid. You can't beat God. He's omniscient. He'd know everything that can and will happen for all eternity, you can't fool or set up a trap for him. He'll see it coming before you think it up.
If Chuck is now "just like us" then Death was right. "In the end I'll reap him too" because now he's just a human - which really, ultimately, makes no sense from a plot point of view.
@@RealPlasmodium That would not surprise me.... Covid is fucking everything up. Except Season 8 game of Thrones. That was so fucked even Covid didnt want to touch it.
My biggest issue with leaving Chuck Alive is that we already saw what Metatron was able to do with just the tablets of God. The insta-power that those words brought gave him power unlike any other angel or demon at that point in the series. Can you imagine what a fully knowledgeable “Man” with all of Gods wisdom he gained over eons can do? Even if you use the argument that he is just a human now with a human brain I still don’t think that applies given that when most other angels that lost their grace and became human...Cass and Metatron for starters...they retained all of their knowledge from when they were said angel. I would see no issues God doing the same, and possibly hot wiring the earth to blow up or something. He knows all, even if he only knew all up to that point before Jack touched him.
Less gained and just known. He made the universe, Heaven, Hell and Magic. He should be the most deadly thing in creation without Jack purposefully preventing him from doing things. So this act of mercy makes no logical sense. Chuck if he wants to still be a villian has all the tools to be the greatest villian even as a normal bloke.
At the very least he makes psychopaths and sociopaths blush and his death count makes ww2 look like a minor misunderstanding (that he probably orchestrated). On top of that he has a death wish that needs to be a blaze of glory and like you mentioned they don't know what he knows. His knowledge could make him the most dangerous person in the world his personality basically guarantees he is going to kill. They should have trapped him in a time loop or something where he'd be cut off and the rules he wrote wouldn't apply.
I honestly thought Jack was going to be Death with how he was killing the plants he walked nearby, and thus be able to 'reap' Chuck. I know that wouldn't of made sense since Jack wasn't a reaper, but Billie did put a lot into Jack so was pondering a transition of some sort.
@@edg4rmt223 Saw it from different angles. The reaper one would be that there would be no 'gods' controlling the fate of anyone since Jack would of dispatched them and thus they now are free to make their own story. I knew they were not going to give a repent to Chuck since they did that a few seasons ago when he and Amara made up. Would of been cheesy to do it again.
since Jack brought back everyone, Adam is probably in heaven since his body was destroyed by Chuck. Unless Jack brought his body back too, which is unlikely.
I still can't believe they pulled a Avatar: The Last Airbender ending for this show. Idk what to feel. Jack/Aang just took the powers away from Chuck/Ozai and they left the villain to rot.
They could've had a big fight with Micheal and Lucifer along with Winchesters and Cass and Jack, against Chuck, and in the end, Chuck/Micheal/Lucifer is locked out in the pit forever.
The writers, actors, and other crew were able to take a show about two brothers that hunted monsters and demons, and made us want to tune in every week. Then they added angels, archangels, and the Four Horsemen and they were so good at weaving this reality that we didn't even question it. But somewhere along the lines the writers lost their way. We got tired episodes of Sam and Dean rushing in, getting caught, and then being rescued by the person they were saving. Or the monster they were trying to kill has a change of heart (hearts, someone else's heart) and lets them live. They were no longer the skilled and experienced hunters we had seen them become and I hate that that was taken away from the fans. This God story line only cemented their inadequacies when it was essentially pointed out that their success was just God narrating-- Dean dies seemingly shortly after God is out of the story. God should have remained an offscreen character (and at least we would have been spared the scene of him saying guys stay down to a loop of the two of them being beaten--there is Covid and maybe the writers literally phoned it in).
i think we all want to think like that god offscreen but this is spn yo not real life and from the part where god has sister iam already losing my mind and YES the story is dragging to low direction each latest season some of them only watch for the actors 😂
Yeah around season 12 I stopped caring. In my opinion season 15 never happened. Sam and Dean asked chuck for forgiveness and he forgave them. Because that is what he does.
Regardless of religious beliefs, Chapter 15 was awful Why?Look at Chuck's characterization Chuck is willing to sacrifice himself in previous series so that Amara does not destroy his creation But suddenly the 14th series becomes the enemy of humanity. Why?And what exactly is Jack God better than Chuck God?Chuck repeatedly rescued Sam and Dean's lives and returned to them But why became the hated character of the story? And Chapter 15 questioned the whole story? Didn't Sam and Din have a choice in all these seasons
It is logically wrong at all Because Chuck beats Sam and Dean Winchester with divine powerAnd these blows were so strong that Jack absorbed those forces and defeated God But Sam and Dean Winchester did not even faint. It was very illogical
My favourite part. JACK totally deserved this justice.. he was used and sacrificed by everyone on the show except castile.. I felt so bad for Jack.. despite being repeatedly hurt and blamed by everyone he still obeyed and stood by people and helped them despite the hate they gave him
@@collinfrancis9956 Well Michael was always going to come back, the other archangels are toast save maybe Gabriel if he just sent a clone. Lucifer I thought maybe he would come back one last time.
It's like in RPGs. The things have been leveling up since the first episodes. And now, when we all have reached the endgame, all we need to slay a mob, that once used to seem incomprehensible, is a simple finger snap. Just like in RPGs. P. S. I was a bit disappointed of how such entities as Lucy and Mike were written off though...
It's been over a year since the show ended and I'm still in my feelings because of of it.. I can still watch it from beginning to end on Netflix thank goodness for that 🖤🖤🖤 my favorite show of all time 🖤🖤🖤🖤
Okay so the power of 2 archangels, gods non lethal punches to humans, and some plant power stomps BOTH God and Amara when Amara alone required God and 4 archangels. That’s bullshit. Lucifer snapping his fingers to kill Death despite the fact that Death could openly defy him during the apocalypse and he couldn’t do a damn thing about it and also the fact that Death was powerful enough to pop in and out of the cage without the use of the rings is also crap. And did Jack just forget about Cas his father when reviving people? Did the boys forget he was dead after he literally just sacrificed his life for dean? Seriously who wrote this episode?
I'm literally so mad about Cas' death being seemingly forgotten. He deserves so much better. His death scene was so powerful and in this ep it's like it never even happened. There was so much that I didn't like. It felt like they backstepped on so much and didn't really resolve anything? Like sure they got rid of the big bad or whatever but none of the emotional stuff got anywhere close to being wrapped up
Supernatural is one of the most inconsistent shows I've ever watched. They haven't adhered to their own continuity and rules for years. I was eagerly anticipating the train wreck and they didn't disappoint. Such piss poor writers.
@manion25 True but I still don’t think that’d be nearly enough to beat God and Amara. Especially since Amara has shown the capacity to fatally wound god on her own and then save his life also on her own with virtually no time in between.
'Seriously who wrote this episode?' Same people who are just dying to pack it up, get their checks, go home take a dump and start writing that new episode for 'Top Secret Videos Season 1'.
As someone who doesn’t actually watch this show (lol) I was struck by how much Jack looks like Castiel, especially at 0:14. Are the actors related somehow?
The irony to having a finish the entire fandom saw coming miles away - yet God didn't. There's a message about humanity in there somewhere but I'm not sure exactly what it is. LMAO Average finale. Could've been better, could've been MUCH worse.
The reason why humans were 'favored' is that, despite all the talk of them being weak, predictable, and broken, they still surprise. IIRC there was some indication that angels had some jealousy or anger over this, since they serve God. And yet what are they to do? Help humans.
I mean yeah of course we all saw it coming just like I also saw Deaths plan because well if you know what she was like before she became death and how she’s a stickler for the rules it would make sense that she would want to return everything to where it belongs, The fact that Sam was surprised by that.
@@HighLordoftheBathroom But she won't. The true God, Jack, has both Light and Dark inside them. As Jack said, they are in Harmony, as they were always meant to be. Amara and Chuck were conjoined twins that upon separation created the Big Bang. Thus putting Light and Dark on each side of a war against each other, but thats not how it is supposed to be. Light and Dark need to be together. This is my speculation, however, I whole-heartedly believe that the reason that Jack and Amara are in true harmony and not forced acquisition and adoption of powers, like when Chuck absorbs Amara, is because of Jack's soul... Think about it... Chuck does not have a soul, and as such I don't believe Chuck had even the slightest actual understanding of love. Jack having a soul with the full understanding of love, has come to accept Amara as a necessary part in his life. He does not want her gone, as he knows he needs her. The only thing she truly ever wanted was the love of her Brother, however, since Chuck had absolutely no concept of Love, that was what caused Chuck to use Amara instead of treating her as an equal.
My theory is chuck/god is tired and wanted to pass the responsibility to jack but he wanted to test him if he can fight a family member and if he is strong enough. I think he planned it all and wanted to be human in the end and live simply. I refused to believe that he just wanted to become evil and crap.
I agree. Literally everything that happened this season was predicted online by the fandom before season 15 even premired. Why would anyone end such an epic series in the most predictible fashion? This has been the most dull, boring season by far.
The winchesters' plot armor at its finest.. "When you were punching us you release all sort of god power".. I mean, a god punching two hunters had to release his god power to just "hurt" them... /Yikes
God's fate can be considered the most iconic and epic form of revenge in the series: As God has prided Himself for always being able to manipulate events and have His way with the Winchesters, the fact that the Winchesters not only outsmarted Him completely but also stripped Him of His powers and decided His fate can be said to be extremely poetic: Instead of being killed in revenge by the Winchesters, the Winchesters decided that Chuck will live the life of a mortal in despair, forgotten and alone, as they knew that God had come to despise humanity and saw that God has to now live the same way as His once greatest creation did as being the most condemning punishment. The Winchesters even point out that God preferred dying after he became mortal and thus decided to settle with letting Him live a life of suffering as he gets sick, has to try to afford a living, and ultimately His existence will end in a mundane way as a mortal, which God Himself knows as He begged the Winchesters for mercy only to be cruelly left to accept His fate just like He left the Winchesters to the fate he decided for them mercilessly.
Yeah. I personally really loved how this episode came together. Next week is going to be a heartbreak for me. This show got me through some really tough times ,during a huge loss in my life.
I dont know i find it poetic. He was so obssed to find a way how to avoided getting killed by someone and how he end this is ultimate punisment .for some this end may ne anti-clmaric but well no eyone can be pleased i personally like the end.
Jeffrey M. The entire season was bad. Obvious that the budget had been slashed but the writing was horrible. Too bad such a fine show goes out on such a poor note.
God/Chuck could be seen as an evil counterpart to Sam and Dean's father John Winchester. Dean, like Michael, would always follow their father's orders without question, although over time, Dean began to think for himself and defied his father, and stopped living in fear of him. But unlike Chuck, John still dearly loved his sons and was proud of them, and showed remorse at what life he had involved them in to achieve his goals. Plus unlike Chuck, John had reasons for what he had done (as he wanted to kill Azazel) despite the emotional impact it had on his sons, whereas Chuck only did the things He did for the sake of His stories and personal amusement.
@Man Of Iron The Natural Order is the only force truly omnipotent or the closest. Sure the rules of the universe can be bend or broken. But eventually they are restored. And that is the point of SPN everything even the immortals can find their death.
@Man Of Iron Jack cannot be killed period. Billie specifically said Chuck wrote himself into the story which is why he had a book and could die. In this episode Jack said writing himself into the story was Chuck's mistake one he wouldn't repeat.
@@moneytalks1219 I'm not sure whether this is correct. I think she said that he wrote himself into the story because he had to, or the universe wouldn't work. Well if Jack is the new God and the univere is supposed to work, he'll have to do the same.
I think the core concepts at play are really interesting. The idea of god being a vain artist works really well, and I love him being a villain. I loved the character and he was a welcome change from the usual evil for no reason demons/angels. And the idea of a creator being defeated by his own creation due to his arrogance is just a really interesting story. But man, they really bungled the ending. So much wasted potential. They just rushed an ending and crowded it with so many random plot points that went nowhere. Why bring back Lucifer and Micheal for a total of 10 minutes that leads to nothing? Why does Chuck not have omniscience anymore? It makes no sense. There was a way to handle this villain correctly and they did not succeed.
The Avatar Aang may have took away the firelords ability to bend but the Fire Lord wasn't God in that story he was just another evil emperor that needed to be taken down and every superhero story has similarities to that but in another senses it's completely different from this situation !
Remember when Castiel sucked up all the souls from purgatory? Remember how strong Cas was, he was able to snap Raphael an ARCHANGEL out of existance? And Cas was no match for death at all.. Fast forward to s15, Death gets snapped out of existance by Lucifer? It just makes no sense. These writers killed the show
Well what I'm going with is, she had literally just became death. So her powers were still manifesting. The longer she would've been death the more powerful she'd become. But I don't know 😂
Chuck losing his godhood, and being left with a seemingly blank book, in the middle of nowhere is perfection. The author loses ownership of his creation, and never gets to know the end of the story, not until it's truly over
I don’t know how, I don’t know why…but this show kept on trucking…may not have been the greatest seasons toward the end, but it was a show that did the impossible… It kept raising the stakes, even when there were no more stakes to raise! Just brilliant! A show that jumped the shark, turned that into a win. One of, if not THE greatest series ever made.
It feels like a part of my childhood just gave me a wave of farewell after watching this episode. (sobbings..) I remember it was 2009 when I met this show. I said to myself goodness is this the embodiment of my dreams or what? As long as you have some imagination in you, there's a spark of god. I guess that's the message now as you have 'the pen of god'. That could be the harbinger. Long time coming tho to see things tied up against a main source of suffering for all existing creatures. Please Jensen and Jared, if you ever come across this comment, accept my sincere salutations from the UK. I hope you guys will rule the game in brewery business in the next chapter. Btw, Burak Yilmaz from Houston sends his regards as well.
Jensen will appear on the Boys season 3 which the creator of supernatural created the show. Which is based on comic books. The Boys is awesome. It's on amazon prime. Jared is the next Walker texas ranger
So the logic here is that : God uses his powers to beat up Sam and Dean, and Jack absorbs that energy and becomes god level strong. Some issues with this... : God uses not even a fraction of his power beating up Sam and Dean.. If he used just a tiny bit he would've completely obliterated Sam and Dean.. Therefore it's easy to conclude that the power Jack may have absorbed from Chuck beating up Sam and Dean is so minimum it wouldn't be much...
he was already a black hole for divine energy. it was too late the moment he was brought back from the empty. the more he absorbed, the bigger a black hole's radius becomes until the range of no return reaches chuck. every time chuck tried to use his powers against jack just then sped up the process. it was only a matter of how fast the process would be.
I agree with this point. However, they pointed out that Jack has been absorbing power from all over the place, including Michael's and Lucifer's essences. So Jack is an Archnephilim (which already had Chuck nervous in S14) that absorbed the powers of the two most powerful archangels in existence before getting an unknown boost of God power. I'd also assume that he absorbed some God power from Chuck killing Michael as well as Death power from Lucifer killing Betty. That's a lot of power.
You forget jack got power from the fight of lucifer and michael and when chuck killed michael. So he absorbed a lot more power than when chuck was beating sam and dean prior to confronting chuck.
@@johnwinchesterp2963 Right. Jack absorbed Lucifer and Michael's powers. That's a LOT of power. But how does that EVER compare to god's powers? God simply created those archangels, he could simply create more. Their power comes nowhere NEAR his. And obviously Death's powers comes NOWHERE near god's power either, since Lucifer was able to snap her to death.
That show because so outrageous, I don't think I finished the last 2 season, and when I try to watch it, it feels like something was summoned in my house.
Well yeah. You want fan service over good writing. Others want logical coherence in the internal laws of the supernatural universe and consistent writing over fan service.
Definitely felt rushed. This episode felt to me like a season ending and that the boys should be back next season. Like this shouldn’t be how the boys story ends. They should’ve been given a proper ending
It is the season ending... they said it themselves. Next episode, Ep20 is the SERIES finale where they hopefully get the much deserved ending. Hope this helps

Personally why I think jack was fit to be god since he was born is because he was an archangel and half human , he was human , and he was an angel and he died and came back to life. He experienced everything death, life being human being an angel and being a powerful entity. In order to care for humans and the world, universe whatever and everything with it you have to understand all of that and with everything he experienced , he did. That's just my opinion.

Telling Chuck he's going to get old and die, lol. We've seen in this series that magic can cheese out total immortality and time-travel in this series. Chuck literally knows all spells in existence because he created magic, lol. He's so far beyond normal and short of incredibly bad writing dumbing Chuck down, he can still do whatever he wants, lol.
Yeah. He probably knows of spells to make him the second strongest being, maybe he never created a spell to become God, but immortal, maybe even an archangel? I'm sure that's out there.
I honestly feel like a fair trade-off for this episode would be to rethink and redo the really bad parts of this episode, and really incorporate more things such as Dean/Amara's relationship, Michael and Lucifer coming back, and giving Jack a bit more of a "logical" explanation to his power vacuum effect, such as Billy knowing that if the plan failed it would still turn Jack into said power vacuum, or if the Empty had some involvement with it, and incorporating the fact that The Empty himself said that NO ONE had reign over his place, but that's just thinking out loud. The best thing would've been seeing a much smoother, and better ending and episode as a whole, for the trade off of it taking much more time to air.
This is so weird but I woke up crying as I was having a dream of Dean and Sam Winchester driving away in the sunset. The ending was just so beautiful it made me tear. The journey has been so amazing and blissful. Thank you Supernatural.
Really, this episode basically destroyed the whole power scaling in the series. God losing like that, Michael thrown out by Lucifer, and Jack a living being able to swoop him like that??? The whole Death plot line is now basically a bulldozer. At least the boys survived, don’t wanna know more. Whole thing was complete rushed, completely out of context. An infinite COSMIC being just blitzed like that. I guess by this point after watching other stories and literature ALMOST ANY series can axe its ending. Michael killing Lucifer is just a page needs writing FAST, NOTHING close impressive. A villain built up, with the huge power-up, gets rendered like this in the end. God is basically a victim of producer’s terrible plot ideas. My DoorDash order was cancelled for the FIRST time as I was trying to watch the finale. I thought chuck's final moment were cool and Jack becoming god was neat but I also need the more emotional stuff to be brought up. Cas literally died last episode and he gets mention, what, twice here? Eileen isn't even mentioned at all from what I can remember too. I'm mad about what they did bc it overall felt anticlimactic. I want things to be better and I want things they just dropped in the mission to end Chuck to be brought up again. Let the boys cope with the loss of a best friend, even though I think it would have made much more sense for Jack to bring back Cas since he thought of him as a father and I don't think he would have just left him dead. Let Sam be happy with Eileen,,, he deserves it. Let them enjoy things and also heal from hurt now that there isn't a looming threat
@@Jeffy-331 I think it had a sizeable flaw, which was that it was emotionally incomplete, because we expected to see our other characters brought back. But otherwise... I enjoyed.
When the boys fight Amira, Chuck mentioned that it took serious power and time to create the 4 arch angels. Each arch angel would need sufficient power to stand against Amira and not be snapped away. Jack absorbed the two most powerful.

Plants aren't "cosmic beings" or "divine energy" and if they wanna play the "God is in everything" card, that would still mean he is in humans and other animals, since everything is his creation. That part makes no sense to me either.
@@waywardwinchester Its bad writing. An entity that represents light and being can have the powers stolen and reduced to a human. Plus the blackhole should have happenned instantly after the explosion not a day or two plus vacuuming few archangels power plus few punches to overpower chuck.
Honestly if they were gonna go with the Cosmic Bomb plot device (again🙄) this is how they should've done it: When Jack blew up and reformed, his body retained the power of the bomb. This way when Jack faces off against Chuck he's more powerful in an organic way, it makes sense in terms with the story. This would make Billie's plan actually matter and not just cause a last minute ass pull. I will always love this show but the writers have not done it justice the last few seasons.
@@Cheese-sk4ky honestly, for me, the leviathans were the point of no return but I honestly thought Jack would turn out to be an ace in supernatural revival.
@Christopher Bradish Exactly! The first time Raphael & death were introduced I had goosebumps. Michael was soooo big of a cosmic entity that he had to be summoned by a high ranking angel. But now they hangout with Death, Michael, Lucifer and God in the same room.
“That’s not who I am.” In real life, who says this? Yet this is one of Hollywood's favorite phrases. It's like the same bad writers are in charge of everything.
Bs, cas killed a nephilim easily with metatron, and the whole "arch-nephilim is stronger than the archangel who sired it" was lame, they basically just gave him a straight line shot to be able to absorb energy and transfer it to himself no matter who it is or who was stronger than him. For the sake of convenience. I'm not pleased with this conclusion. Even if he ate all the archangels and angels and everything in creation it wouldn't have given him the power to counter chuck. Them giving him the ability to absorb chucks essence doesn't make sense either as a created being can't overpower the one who created it. But good on spn for so many years, I still remember when it first started, back om cw in the days of one tree hill and gossip girl lol.
@@Oromanowarful How was it for the sake of convenience, considering Jesse from season 5, who'd been sired by a low level demon, was powerful enough to kill angels just by saying it? And let's not forget he was still a child, nonetheless. Then lore state ALL nephilim could grow much stronger even than their angel parents, so when a son of Lucifer himself shows up and ends up being much more powerful than Lucifer (which was already expected by anyone who'd been paying attention to the lore), it is suddenly a lame plot device? Besides, "created being can't overpower creator", well, it has happened multiple times throughout the series, so I don't see why it can't happen xD It is not like it came out of nowhere, anyone who paid attention to the series would eventually come to that conclusion. Hell, I immediately knew something was up when Lucifer conceived that child. Particularly by the time God/Chuck became a villain and "killed" him.
@@thayspamacheno628 well I'm not trying to say it came out of nowhere, what I take issue with is his level on the hierarchy would place him around Michael or just above him if you wanna high ball him, so how does he go from being at that range (which is plenty powerful mind you) to being a cosmic vacuum that can eat up chuck and probably amaras power? What im saying is it only made sense in the fact that they were trying to finish the show. I understand about Jesse but don't forget back then they said the only thing that can kill an angel is another angel they retconned that later on. Cas said jesses power was active only when lucifer walked the earth iirc? I'd have to rewatch the episode. I'm a bit sad the series is over for now but I'm sure we'll see them again somehow. I just wish it wasn't to every problem the boys have jack is their answer thats what I didn't much care for, I think jack is cool and all but him blowing up in the empty doesn't make sense for him to suddenly be able to absorb power from any and everything. Also I wasn't trying to sound too harsh I just don't see someone maybe just above arch level to suddenly be able to defeat the maker of their universe. Its similar to how he beat au michael, without his powers lol it made no sense. If he burned off his human soul with no angelic powers at the time to kill an archangel then couldn't ANY human do that? They specifically said he's a human soul with archangel powers which makes him stronger than both parts eventually, but he didn't have his powers when he killed that michael. Thats what I mean by convenience. In that same way, he dies for a second then pops right back as if it didn't happen so them getting sad or angry makes no sense. Sorry I'm going on and on.
Well, atleast Michael was killed by his own father. I really thought Lucifer defeated him but OG Michael finally killed him for good. RIP Michael, always my favourite Archangel
Michael is to much of a good soldier. Gabriel was a do his own thing archangel and the youngest. That is why I love Gabriel as a character. He saw things so differently than the other three.
As a script writer this is one of the most idiotic things I've ever seen in a script, Jack himself says he's in every raindrop, so you mean to tell me that Chuck wouldn't have known that Jack has been absorbing energy since?, Secondly, Chuck created infinite realities, it's just a couple of battles that gave jack enough energy to absorb him?, Thirdly Chuck basically exists in everything and thanks to Amara being absorbed he can Destroy everything, so essentially he would simply reform in Jack if Jack could even absorb him to begin with, mind you jack still exists within his creation and Chuck is not like his creations, they are extensions of himself, so by one absorbing more of the other, Chuck will simply push jack out of the wheel and reform, this is a classic example of dabbling into concepts you don't understand and writting rubbish in the end, moreover Chuck could have killed them all anytime he wanted, this guy exists as a single entity through time, he can see past present and future simultaneously, so he could have gone back in time and killed Lucifer before jack was made, among a long list of other things, to put this simply it was impossible for Chuck to loose, that's why an entity like that should have been left out entirely
Didn't they say that they had to change the ending because of Covid? And that there was supposed to be a big fight with more people but couldn't bc of restrictions? Maybe that's why this is a little lackluster. Although, idk when this episode was filmed, maybe it *was* before covid restrictions 🤷🏽♂️
Was filmed after covid hit. They hadnt filmed the last 2-3 episodes. They was gonna bring more ppl back(so they said anyways) but covid took that away..
@Manuel Castro Covid won't have a cure for at least another year. You're asking for something the studio can't even do. They physically can't delay it anymore. The fact that it was even delayed this much is due to the announcement back when the entire world was in fear of the virus, shutting down basically everything world wide.

@The Book 98 maybe Jack will die lol
@@STEVEN-cw2gh Good point!! After all the possible capabilities and storylines we've seen, so much could happen. It's very possible for Chuck to find allies to bring down Sam and Dean and the whole world.

There is just one problem with leaving Chuck alive. He might not have the power of God but he still has the knowledge of God.
Excellent point

@@AggBaddie He can hear and see what happens across creation. He still has to actually look.
To be fair Rob Benedicts acting was by far the best thing this season. Love to hate.

I am trying to understand how Lucifer snapped Death out of existence..wtf
Me too. Original Death even belittles Lucifer. Now, in a snap he can do it
Remember when Castiel sucked up all the souls from purgatory? Remember how strong Cas was, he was able to snap Raphael an ARCHANGEL out of existance? And Cas was no match for death at all.. Fast forward to s15, Death gets snapped out of existance by Lucifer? It just makes no sense. These writers killed the show
Probably they went with the route that while the reaper who becomes death gets an upgrade in power they do not become an equal to the OG Death.
Well what I'm going with is, she had literally just became death. So her powers were still manifesting. The longer she would've been death the more powerful she'd become. But I don't know 😂
@Pedro araújo They were dead before Billie dies. Billie has to die first and then a new reaper can take her place.

It feels like a part of my childhood just gave me a wave of farewell after watching this episode. (sobbings..) I remember it was 2009 when I met this show. I said to myself goodness is this the embodiment of my dreams or what? As long as you have some imagination in you, there's a spark of god.
Yep exactly, I talked about this.
he was already a black hole for divine energy. it was too late the moment he was brought back from the empty. the more he absorbed, the bigger a black hole's radius becomes until the range of no return reaches chuck. every time chuck tried to use his powers against jack just then sped up the process. it was only a matter of how fast the process would be.

Ok everyone forgot this part of what jack is half of. And why it makes him the strongest.
Woman?
Human.

I was talking about Michael as my favourite, why does people bringing Gabriel out of nowhere? 😂😂
Michael my favourite as well
As a script writer this is one of the most idiotic things I've ever seen in a script, Jack himself says he's in every raindrop, so you mean to tell me that Chuck wouldn't have known that Jack has been absorbing energy since?, Secondly, Chuck created infinite realities, it's just a couple of battles that gave jack enough energy to absorb him?, Thirdly Chuck basically exists in everything and thanks to Amara being absorbed he can Destroy everything, so essentially he would simply reform in Jack if Jack could even absorb him to begin with, mind you jack still exists within his creation and Chuck is not like his creations, they are extensions of himself, so by one absorbing more of the other, Chuck will simply push jack out of the wheel and reform, this is a classic example of dabbling into concepts you don't understand and writting rubbish in the end, moreover Chuck could have killed them all anytime he wanted, this guy exists as a single entity through time, he can see past present and future simultaneously, so he could have gone back in time and killed Lucifer before jack was made, among a long list of other things, to put this simply it was impossible for Chuck to loose, that's why an entity like that should have been left out entirely
Exactly
@Manuel Castro They are already talking about coming back in a few years for a limited season like Gilmore Girls did.
@@chelljo1469 that would be so cool!
Absolutely horrible ending smh. They made God so easily beatable after all that? Im so disappointed 😞 🤦♂️
God should of just came to his senses
Not the finale..
@@HaileyLove42 It's the finale if we're talking about the story, the finale of the show is gonna be a recap and just a farewell episode..
@@TheFuzzician facts
@@TheFuzzician Except if Chuck dies and Amara doesnt, end of the world. They need to both die because if one does, universe will go out of balance.
Love being on season 10 and seeing this scrolling through UA-cam homepage
