This is meant to be a demonstration to show how relaxing the hypnotic state can be. It is not meant to demonstrate an entire therapeutic session. Some people are not aware of what a session looks like, so I did this to show it is something that they might enjoy (besides any therapeutic benefit.) Often in the daily stress of life people do not get a chance to just stop, relax, and take some time for self-care. Terms like "unconscious" are meant to be deliberately vague. There is a whole school of hypnotherapy called Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, base on the work of the late and great Dr. Milton Erickson. There are literally thousands of evidentiary studies that show the efficacy of hypnosis. At my last check on scholar.google.com, the search term "hypnosis treatment" cited 153,000 results. Some of those may be duplicates, but clearly the evidence is there.
Hypnosis can help with the symptoms you mention. Your results will depend on the cause(s) and whether there are other factors that that could inhibit healing. Many hypnotherapists (including me as of now) offer free consultation sessions so that you can explore your specific situation and come up with a plan for your healing.
This shows me how to get someone into a 'hypnotic state', but it's not showing me how the therapy actually works. If there is a goal to get the individual into their 'unconscious', which is also a very lose thing to say, you must be trying to extract information from the subconscious or something like this. Here is see ASMR, but I just don't see the therapy in it's applied form. Show us that. I don't know too much on hypnosis, but I know is is misconceived all the time. I also know there is no consensus on any efficacy it has, which makes me not trust it at all. The research would have shown an effect by now.
This is a demo to show what a hypnosis session can look like, and will not necessarily be usable by everyone as a self-hypnosis session. This specific video will work for some and not others, based on their personal situation.
You should do more hypnosis demonstrations.

It’s an established science now.
Accept it.
This doesn't work at all for me.
