Another Twin peaks admirer here. Raising my coffee mug to all you others out there. Anyway, I am not sure what the lyrics mean, and I have an idea that they may mean different things to different people. But rarely is there a song that packs such a punch with its evocation of deep feelings of melancholy and mystery, and other things that are found in the hidden corners of the heart and mind. This song sounds to me like some kind of goodbye; maybe it's about lost love that is ending, maybe it involves someone being lured unwittingly to his or her murder. It doesn't really matter. It's beautiful and haunting. That's what you get when creative titans Lynch and Badalamenti weave their magic together.
I wish this beautiful version was available at the time when my wonderful wife Mary had passed, I really wish I could have played it at her funneral...Thank you for this arrangement, its very cathartic for me....I won't forget...
♥️. Sometimes, as I am listening to this music, I am gazing into backyard and into the woods! The lush of the trees draws me there for a while. Especially if the trees are kissed by the gentle wind .
Lyrics: I got idea man You take me for a walk Under the sycamore trees The dark trees that blow baby In the dark trees that blow And I'll see you And you'll see me And I'll see you in the branches that blow In the breeze, I'll see you in the trees Under the sycamore trees
That gum you like is coming back in style.
RIP Angelo.. you made your mark..

Oh Danish National Symphony Orchestra!
Lol yeah! 😉👍
The owls are not what they seem. 🦉 But this... is BEAUTIFUL!
Lyrics:
I got idea man
You take me for a walk
Under the sycamore trees
The dark trees that blow baby
In the dark trees that blow
And I'll see you
And you'll see me
And I'll see you in the branches that blow
In the breeze,
I'll see you in the trees
Under the sycamore trees
Excelent and fantastic perfomance.
What an amazing composition
Beautiful people making beautiful music⚜️⚜️⚜️💎🙏🏻
Music only music, nothing but music. ALL artists, performing at their BEST. Rare experience. Feel so cool n very close to the GOD.
Excelente música de Angelo Badalamenti interpretado por 'The Danish National Symphony Orchestra' de una de mis series favoritas. ¡Continúen así!
This is unbelievable.
I want this version for my funeral
Full of pathos. Brings me back so many memories of unfinished business.....

Pure art.
Wonderful! 👏👏 standing ovation!

It almost sounds like a 007 opening
This is good, but Jimmy Scott OWNS this song!
Agree!
But thanks to The Danish National Symphony Orchestra of course.
I love Twin Peaks! But omg, I never realized how much the music sounds like James Bond. Though TP has a bit of that classic vintage vibe.
Impresionado

Thom Yorke would perform this so well.
Pans to Dale Cooper and he's freaked the FUCK OUT! 😳😱
GORGEOUS....but the GENIUS of this tune belongs to JIMMY SCOTT!
