    The story shows houses from Fair Isle and Silver Fox Island in Canada being moved by water to a new township to be called Centreville.
    Panning shot along houses with people working on preparing them for the shipment. Houses are moved on logs down hill and pulled onto rafts. People working, greasing logs, moving houses down the hill and onto rafts. More shots of the people pulling houses on shore from the rafts. People gathered to watch. Various shots of the houses travelling along the river and getting on their destination. Various shots of the new town in making with people around. Children gather to see the houses coming along river. Several long shots of the town and surrounding - Canadian woods.
