I just want to point something out. So, at around 0:48, Biden doesn't finish "When he came into the Oval Office" - he stops on Oval and then rephrases it. And I know the "Biden has dementia" crowd will jump on that.
Biden is a stutterer. I'm a stutterer. His speech patterns reflect mine. It is difficult to say two "hard contact" words like Oval and Office back to back. And while my speech therapist always said to not try and dodge words. Either stutter through them or use techniques to be more fluent.
Biden knows that the perception of stuttering in this country is that a stutterer lacks cognitive ability and their stuttering is proof. He is opting to replace the words he will stutter on with a different phrase instead.
It is subtle, but that's what stutterers do.
Protests are fine. They happen in a democracy & the grown ups in the democracy have the emotional intelligence to accept & understand that. Only extremists are frightened of protests.
