This looks delicious. I cook chicken breast to 150 degrees and then put on a plate with foil over them. They come up to 160 and are so tender. My boys have always complained about dry chicken but that fixed their complaints.
I don't know about you two, but I love cheese on my sandwich. Also, now that you have this wonderful grill, I would try grilling your bacon on it, as it is less mess.
Hi Amy that looks Amazing. I just bought the Piwer XL indoor grill and the grill plate has diamond shape so you don’t have to do all that fancy side by side moving the food, it also has a griddle which I love. I have a condo so I can’t have an outdoor grill. I can’t wait to put this grill to it)s paces this Summer. The nice part with the indoor grill is you can grill 365 days a tear no matter what the temperature is out.

your sandwiches look awesome! I am not an onion or mayo fan & would leave them off but I love grilled pineapple & everything else! I am wondering could you use a thin skewer through the onions to keep them more together? Just a thought. Another great video as I sit here & eat yogurt, sighhh
Amy, is the Breadman Ultima still your favorite bread machine? I have found a few ads for used Breadman Ultima bread machines but holding off to see if that is still your favorite bread machine.
I still love my Breadman Ultimate! It is a great machine. I only use it for making dough because I like to form it and bake it in the oven. Since they are discontinued, the only way to get one is on the used market. I would just keep an eye out on what that was not used much. Some people beat them up lol.
