If you want to have total well-being of body, mind and emotions, it takes more than one approach. I have a question. How does one start to exsersize when you just don't have the energy.
Try putting away your phone for 10 minutes, focus on your thoughts and thoroughly think or write on a piece of paper about what's stopping you from doing the least amount of motion and training you can.
My downstairs neighbor is complaining about the jumping and its too cold to head out to the park in the mornings.....
How cold is this "too cold"?
