- This is one of 4 parts that we do every day in Flow Training. It’s the most intense part, where we focus on building strength and endurance while we give our best to stay calm, focused, and relaxed.
The other 3 parts that are equally important for a daily workout routine that fits the needs of somebody who wants to upgrade body AND mind, are focusing on moving energy, keeping our body flexible and vital, training our mind, and letting go of negative emotions like anger, anxiety, and stress.
We train our body and mind to feel strong and zen so we have a happy and positive perception of life.
I promise that you are going to start feeling so awesome after integrating flow training into your morning routine that you don’t wanna have that way of feeling go away anymore.

12 exercise 30s each strength + flow
calm and focus - using that to drive energy
get a timer that goes of with a ring every thirty seconds ***
1. pushups
2. prone cobra
3. burpees
70% max effort
4. pike pushups
breathing with your movements
5. full sqauts
stay as calm as you can - tense only what is needed
6. forward squats
7. double leg raise
practice letting go of tension - if you dont - you cant let it go when stressors are actually there
8. running in place
9. alt front kicks
always do you best no judgemnts comparison or competeing - uneccesry agitation and pressure
10. alternate punches - loose swinging
11. high jumps
my mind is here - present completely focused on driving the movements of the body - not thinking about what to do later on
12. elbow plank with butt high

I agree with emptying your mind. Movement is a meditation. Be it walking or crawling it doesn't matter. If you are not focused and present, you will move with incorrect mechanics. so instead of strengthening your body and mind, you are aging your body and teaching your brain to move inefficiently.

Yeah this shit is for sure gonna improve endurance strength yes to an extent but you’ll hit a plateau fast but your endurance will be amazing

Is the gynaecomastia from your diet or is that a hormone imbalance for other reasons?
What does go 100% on your "practice" mean? Go to failure or do 100 of rep max. I NEVER do 100 % of my 1 rep max being over 55.

If you are consistent with it and change your diet , it will be more than enough to get in shape but the most important thing is your diet
