At 11:45 you don't do the end of turn effects in solo play here. From the rules: "While the token is text side down, none of the “End of Turn/Round” text on Side and Story Missions resolves."

at 3:00, I think your COMM card was played incorrectly. It states to have a team mate with less than 3 cards in hand to draw a card. Not yourself. Unless there are a special rules for solo play with this card or unless you house ruled it, in solo play this card is used only to replace a card from the deck.
