With all due to Jewel Staite (I loved her performance in Instinct), Carson is 10 times better than Keller. The character should have never been created, it lacks substance, depth and potential.
@innerninja idk why but do you notice how they always kill the doctor? remember fraiser from SG1? then Carson? i'm waiting for it to happen in SGU :D actually i hate SGU... the only characters i like are the geeky maths boy, the senator's daughter is just annoying, matthew scott i just hot, and rush is kind of cool :) young is just.. ah.. and the asian guy is annoying too...
he's scottish...he moved to Canada...but he's originally from Scotland so the scottich accent isn't completely fake in the show it's just emphisized

yeah, so he does have a scottish accent, but he usually speaks in a canadian accent
he actually grew up in Canada so he doesn't talk in an accent
