The United States likes to export their inflation, and if everyone in the world's not holding their dollars then they can't export that inflation. Also what's interesting and a lot of people don't know is when commercial Banks create new money they actually create new money out of thin air and loan it out and then charge interest on it. Approximately 97% of all currency in circulation is created by a commercial Banks they create new loans. So if you think about that for a minute if you get a 30-year mortgage you're going to be paying approximately 15 years or having to work 15 years to pay the bank for a loan they created out of thin air, it's a mind blowing let that sink in

The world needs a reserve currency. However, in recent years, the United States has lost its reliability in fulfilling that role. Meanwhile, Germanic countries have proven their ability to establish trustworthy currencies (the pound, the euro and U.S dolar) In this context, the Germans are promoting the euro as the new hegemonic currency. So, Mark, it seems that the Brics have chosen commodities such as oil, gold or resources of value such as lithium, rare earth or uranium as storage of value instead of bitcoin. Is that where the real wealth is in the future ? Does it matter if bitcoin is 1 million dollars if the Brics will be the holders of value and they will determine how many dollars they will accept for their commodities of value. Once they corner a market, they can determine whether they will trade in dollars and they will determine how many dollars or bitcoins they will accept. So you might be a billionaire on paper by owning bitcoin, but that bitcoin is still tied to the dollar currency which might be quasi worthless and hyperinflated. The Brics might decide to forego accepting US dollars and by proxy might give a similar weight to bitcoin, at least if you're trying to purchase something of value from the Brics countries, like Gallium, antimony or fluoride, uranium etc ...
@@chriso5842 Well, currency for transaction doesn't equate an asset of value. Traditionally most countries have held treasuries as a holder of value, but that's fading away quickly as we see. My point is that the value will migrate to tangible assets of value instead of proxies. In that respect, treasuries or bitcoins are just proxies. The Brics countries might eventually create their own proxies to hold value on a temporary basis for transactional value instead of treasuries or bitcoins. Or they might use different proxies backed with a commodity of value such as gold or oil.

We did just fine using tarrifs prior to 1913 when the banking cartel instituted the FED. Also, other countries use tarrifs today including China and the EU. Why exactly should we not protect our own industries especially when it comes to national security?
So happy i live off the grid and money is useless to me .. I have every necessity I need even a vehicle without paying a penny for fuel .. I'm rich in life which is far more valuable than a peice of paper
I don’t think those puny currencies combined will ever come close to the dollar as a currency. They are all trash. I mean the dollar isn’t that great but it’s all we got.
BEST MOVE FROM BRICS AND I WISH ALL AFRICAN COUNTRIES WILL JOIN THEM NOW AND LEAVE THIS SO CALL WESTERN COUNTRIES TO BUILD THIER COUNTRIES WITHOUT ANY AFRICAN MINERAL RESOURCE
Who will hold the metals? Will they transfer them back and forth to settle transactions? Bitcoin is the solution
Varios Paizes não aceitão as criptomoedas, por não ter transparencia , pode virar fumaça em algumas mãos, mas o fundo de pensão sao de vocês , quem melhor que vocês para disser o que querem...
@@chriso5842 I would never take bitcoin for those metals if I could get silver gold or diamonds for them!
Printing more dollars to cover up Yur inflations…..hmmm is now past tense…
"if you don't learn to make money in your sleep you will work your whole life"
Asia can survive without the green
With renewable energies and Saudi Arabia joining BRICS...does that mean the end of the Petro dollar?
That agreement was not renewed a year ago. Saudi has been taking multiple currencies ever since while every country has been slowly dumping all their US bonds. The UNITED STATES OF AMERICA CORPORATION of 1871 was dissolved out of the Tallahassee Fed Court in 2020; INVOLUNTARY CHAPTER 11. It was finalized on Jan 3, 2021, just before Biden stole the election. What we have been living thru is the gradual dismantling of a corporate government, thus the end of unconstitutional taxation and the massive move back to states authority over federal
......the Petro-Dollar ended on June 9, 2024.
Americas 50 year spending spree is over.
@@TonyBraun Bitcoin is the petro-dollar replacement
The point comes down to supply and demand. Simple. What does the world needs from America? Toilet paper called US dollar?
Actually, the government *does* tell you what kind of money to use. If you don't believe this, try paying your taxes in donkeys instead of dollars.
USA is stepping down as American continent power and Mexico is stepping up as the American continent power in the next 10 years
And they will pay the tariffs with worthless us currency.
Remember the GDP of India 3% with current USD/Rupee exchange. When USD is devalued because of US profligacy and US treasuries sold by China/Japan this percentage will change
It would be impossible to put a tariff on China high enough to make Chinese products more expensive for American buyers than American made products
100% tariffs yeah ok, bring it on!😅
When the BRICS formed because of US sanctions and tariffs, threatening to raise them is unlikely to produce an outcome favourable to the current reserve currency.
Basically what your game theory commenter said.
If we went back to the barter system, and everybody baught 1 acre to grow their own food it would change the way that we live, and everyone would be self sufficient. It would make life easier for everyone.
Dollars will never be profits for satoshis no matter the exchange rate
If they think the dollar has an inflation problem they haven't seen anything yet.
What does that even mean ?
Recently,
Republican SEN. John Kennedy claimed
"A US dollar is now only worth $0.80.
A Massive threat..........yeah, sounds like an.........Empty threat......to me.
Great video and information. It's funny how no one talks about the ASEAN nations. They have been using cross border payments. And yes I understand it is in the begging phase.
Love your presentations Mark, I do find statements like, "Five times smaller" weird. Shouldn't it be 'is only 20% the size of ... or "is only one fifth the size of..." ?
Whether the blueprint of route is fixed with terms of references? Time bound implementation will speedup the process.
Everyone is blaming brics it's trump people should be blaming. This is purely down to trumps tariffs and the rest of the counties are sick and tired of trumps threats.
never underestimate the stupidity of people!
Bravo Russia 🇷🇺Bravo Brics
Dude, you are missing the point. None of these BRICS+ countries want to go back to a fiat single currency-country reserve currency. The BRICS+ platform is RESERVELESS !! 😂
brics has smart people running things. the USA has trump 😂
They have 100% tariffs on our items too
That is the only word Trumps know is Tariff.
Brics will not have common currency but they will ditch dollar for their trade. There is a lot of difference.
Mark US can go home and stay home and take care of themselfs, stop interfering outside your borders.
Dont let them use the internet and digital code. They can create their own internet if they want.
Amazing Video!
A lot of education here.
But I believe all roads lead to bitcoin.
