Good video bro. I'm 5'7 and I tell kids all the time your game has to be able to translate playing against bigger guys if you plan on advancing. As a small guard shooting is important but floaters and creating space with ball handling. Using your gifts like speed to be a disruptor on defense and being able to stay in front of guys really helps. I always hated tall guys cuz they have it easy and folks always assumed they could play better than you so us small guys always got a chip on our shoulders lol
Monte Morris is another great example, listed at a generous 6'2. Not a great defender but shoots 3s at 39% for his career and a very efficient point man.
TJ doesn’t really shoot 3s but checks all the other boxes. What I find most interesting about him is he has spots, knows how to get to them and uses them to unlock the rest of his game. You don’t really see that in players at his tier (role player/ non star) respectfully. That’s where his consistency comes from and why he’s able to produce beyond his role time and time again.
Yuki Kawamura is making noise so far in the FIBA World cup and the Paris Olympics. I'm not too sure but I heard that an NBA was interested in signing him. Kawamura is only 5'8 as well.
Let me ask, I’m a guard around 6’1 - 6’2 with shoes and I want to make a professional squad. Let me ask you some tips on how to get connected with a team and to also make the squad that normally isn’t said
true, tho he does have relatively short arms, isn't as stocky/strong as someone like Chris Paul, and isn't particularly athletic for a 6'1" NBA guard. He definitely is at a physical disadvantage against most matchups
Marquis nowell played 1 game for the raptors last season, he is 5'6 3/4 barefoot
Dude is a baller fr
They need to play him more he has that Chris Paul potential
@@Grind2Excellencehe’s at Houston now
he’s 5’8
@@Grind2Excellencethis is a stretch. chris paul was a generational talent
Ben Simmons 6’10” when available. Love it!

Ish Smith, JJ Barrera, Trey Burke, Dennis Shroder
schroeder is 6’3 if i’m not wrong
ish smith and schroeder are 6’2-6’3 if i’m not wrong
@@duragactivittyish is 6’0. Schroeder is 6’1. Both could honestly be a lil smaller than their listings tbh
The biggest thing for me is shooting. If you're a small guard and you don't have a consistent make your 3s. You will be no use to any team
love this channel you're mad underrated bro
Thanks homie! I appreciate you watching for real
Excellent topic!! 👍

Can’t believe you didn’t mention TJ McConnell. He’s something serious bro.
As a 5'11 Gonna take notes
Excellent breakdown

Luka and Lamelo are more 6’6-6’7
Iverson was a freak of nature. Will never see another 6"0 player taking at #1 in draft
5 11 plus he was dunkin over others...while being strong skinny and flexible...
5'10 on a good day without shoes, absolute freak of nature
LaMelo and Ben Simmons 😅😅😅...come on
Yeah “small” 6’6-6’7 and 6’9-6’10…
You should make a part 2 to this look at what yuki is doing 🤯🤯
