Swing Rueda June 2023

A Rueda is a sequence of moves that ends with you switching partners - it's a really fun way to practice your moves and technique and a fun way to rotate partners in class! It also gives you instant feedback if you are unintentionally moving around the room while you dance - so it's a wonderful way to practice your spatial awareness.
