Amazing videos... I'm going to be following this place. Tourism is open and Luzon is on my list. Thank you for sharing your experiences. You're a modern day Anthony Bourdain 😆
A reuben is for sure a must try for me. Looks fantastic! And looks like you've reached 25k already! Congrats! Excited with the next adventures and what you have in store!
That cafe is a hidden gem and I'm sure you'll find more of them. The sandwiches looks great and the Reuben reminds me of the Reuben i had at a Polish deli last month...instead of corned beef they put Kielbasa sauage; it was very good. Congrats on 25K, Marshall! Stay safe!
Barako is a type of local coffee blend (particularly in Lipa, Batangas), originally composed of pure Philippine Liberica (a rare coffee variety; originated from Liberia)... But with its scarcity, most of barako today are mixed with local Arabica, Robusta or Excelsa. Barako in Tagalog means "Wild Boar". It is also a slang word for "a tough, muscular man". The delicious crunchy sound of the sandwich, though. 😱😋👌
very nice & entertaining video Sir Marshall! always love your videos about food/trying out restaurants or even the cooking recipe videos you tried to cook!
Looks awesome. The French fries is crunchy. I would love to go there. Barako coffee or Batangas coffee is a Liberica coffee bean variety. Philippines is one of the few countries in the world that produce the 4 most important coffee beans. Thanks for the video.
Ruben sandwich with sauerkraut and thousand island dressing is just my absolute favorite. Pastrami with Russian dressing is my backup. Trust me, I'm 300 lbs I know what I'm talking about.
What a pretty courtyard. It has been fun seeing places that your local readers know and like from personal experience. Boy what great portions presentations and tasty choices! The Manila food scene seems often a cut above other areas.
Hi Marshall, I’ve recently just turned vegan due to health issues. Would love to see more Vegan dishes in your Vlogs. Thanks and take care, Mate. Hope to see you here in Melbourne some day. 😀
@@marshallbuttersvlogs6880 hope you visit sagada and have a meal at the yogurt House. Also try lemon pie at the lemon pie House and try some strawberry taho.
Noted. i'd love to go there next time i visit home. another great informational video and Emma looks like she's getting more comfortable in front of the camera
Good video, looks nice. Love your reports. You do find some nice cafe's. I'm taking note. I do want to visit some of them. Also Loved Emma's reaction. Very cute and probably first time she has ever tried those kinds of sandwiches. 😁
Barako coffee Is a batangas pride Hi ! PO I'm from Illinois I was really like The way you Treat preople And I believed your kind May God always be with you po.
OMG I’m only halfway watching this and I’m now starving. This looks fantastic I will be going there for sure next time I’m in Manila. Excited to see your heading to Baler you can check it out for me. I’ve been living in Luzon for 5 years now and haven’t seen anything yet. Mind you the last two years hasn’t helped.
I have never been to this part of Mandaluyong. I really appreciate you for sharing us this cozy restaurant. Surely, this will be a great date place for me and my wife.❤️😊 I don’t mind spending a little because the ambience, the excellent service, and the quality and generous portion of the food is what’s important. 😁 I could feel your excitement as you give us a sneak peek of your trip to Baler, Baguio, Angeles Pampanga… And congratulations too for having 25k subscribers!!!
That place on Mabini St, San Juan or Mandaluyong, can't distinguish the border. It is hidden place, quite pricey, but quiet and reasonable. It is close to the place where I stay at Barons 3.
There are so many interesting spots in the north. If you are going up there and I think you mentioned Baguio and La Union, don’t forget Vigan, Ilocos Sur. Vigan is a world UNESCO heritage site. It looks somewhat like Intramuros with so many well preserved Spanish colonial houses. There are also so many culinary delights unique to the region. I hope that there are no travel restrictions when you go. I have been enjoying your videos where you also go where no other vlogger has gone before like your Tondo trek. Stay safe.
Hi Sir Marshall!! Glad to see yOu again..That place was so amazing..it so refreshing that there's a place like that in Manila. Be safe always Sir!! God bless🙏❤🇵🇭🌲
I went to Baler once when I used to live in Nueva Ecija, all I got to says is don't go on a weekend,is madness there but that was in 2018 so things might be different today.
