Productions make $$ but it isn't fast, if you can wait a few in game years you can get 24 pallets of cereal/oil/grape juice/raisins and make a killing. Currently my pallet storage is full so my productions are selling them as soon as they are made so every time i sleep i get paid.

Silage bales sale for 50k for 14 bales in January. Also sunflowers, soybeans, sugar cane and cotton sale very good as well. With productions you will make more over time

You should grow soybeans. In June they sell for 3500 per L. I have made almost 300k in a year. Without the large field.
