Be cautious while investing ..
@@pvvv888 ok now check the price gap between 2016 to 2018 .. Telangana has fastracked due to clearance on long holding Telangana issue .. what I mean is .. expecting profit margin beyond comparing this golden era is not possible as market is more saturated now ..
@@venusarvade2808 if you buy at already developed places then yes the orices are already high so cannoy expect returns but if you buy at a 5-10 years view then it will give returns for sure.

I have already sufficient land in around orr ..but problem is .. government along with real estate corporate making artificial price hike..by saying pharma city, temple City ..new airport ..in areas of their investment.. I believe this will end so soon if government changes .. my own feeling.. middle class people are only who will hurt more if there is no such development comes up.. in terms of price expectations.. Hyderabad is chewing is more than its digest capacity.. again what I feel ..
