Again and again it shows how the coming of Jesus, and everything he did was foreshadowed in the Old Testament. For example, read Acts 2, which has Peter's first sermon at Pentecost, a few weeks after Jesus ascended into heaven. It has numerous Old Testament references. How about you find me one reference in the Quran where it says Christian belief is based on paganism. You can't, and in fact the Quran says it confirms what came before. When Muslims make this claim about Christians following paganism, they are in fact demonstrating they don't believe what Muhammad said.

I turned up for all the livestreams when EFDawah were attacking the Bible with their "historicity" series (starting in 2020), and I defended the Bible. They would not let me say a word against the Quran, but said I could be first in line when they did the historicity of the Quran. That will never happen, but I am attacking the Quran anyway. How could a book containing so much nonsense be from God?
@@myuzairy7324 This is stupid argument. We know the New Testament was written on paper, and not on parchment, and paper perishes after about 100 years. Therefore it had to be copied. There are numerous references to the gospels etc in the 2nd century which show they were in existence, even if we do not have manuscripts from that century. Are you seriously suggesting the New Testament did not exist for 300 years? Compare this to the Quran. We can see it contains many stories copied from previous sources. It contains silly myths. The so called Meccan surahs do not mention Muhammad nor Mecca. And nobody had heard of the Quran until about 60 years after Muhammad's death (assuming he existed). The book is so inadequate that a whole body of hadith had to be fabricated to fill in all the gaps in the half-baked Quran.

Instead of sprouting nonsense, why don't you get yourself a pen and paper, and read through Exodus and the passages I have quoted in Surah 7, 10, 20, 26, 27, 28 and 40. Take note of which passages in Exodus are copied in which Surahs, and if you want to put it that way, are confirmed by the Quran. Then look at all the extra bits which are in the Quran but not in Exodus, and see if the other surahs confirm them, or if they are in fact contradicted. This activity is called study. I don't think it is familiar to Muslims. Muhammad wanted to show that the Egyptians didn't believe, but at the same time that they had to believe. So in Surahs 7, 20 and 26, the magicians believe, and declare themselves to be Muslims. In Surah 10, Pharaoh believes as he is drowning. And in Surah 40, the secret believing man preaches a much longer message than Moses. But at the same time, the other surahs confirm no one believed. I challenge you to do the study.

The Quran retells many stories from the Old Testament, and it corrupts them. I have been pointing to the Moses story. The Quran retells that story seven times. SEVEN TIMES! And they are all different versions, with contradictions. There are many historical errors. For example, in the Joseph story, the Quran says he was sold for a few dirhams. The dirham did not exist at that time, and in fact coins were not invented. The Bible says he was sold for 20 shekels of silver, which is what they used at the time. The Quran says very little about David, but is twice says he made chain mail from iron (Surah 21 and 34). Chain mail was not invented until hundreds of years later. But these are minor mistakes when compared to the fairy tales told about Solomon in Surahs 27 and 34, where he had talking birds and jinn serving him. The Quran is a book of error.

The weirdest thing about Islam is that you guys accuse other people of the faults for which you are most guilty. The Quran is a book with no credibility. It contains so many stories copied from the Bible. It contains nonsense about Solomon having an army of talking birds and jinns. And when I point out these things which would be blindingly obvious to anyone with a modicum of intelligence, the Muslims claim I am the one who lacks understanding.
I challenge all Muslim apologists - can you defend the Quran? When the same stories from the Bible turn up in a book written more than 1500 years later, they must be copied. It is obvious. Or a you suggesting these stories were repeated again and again to Muhammad by an angel? Because if you are, why does the Quran not say this? First you christians need to make up your mind and choose one of these options. a) Quran is wrong because the information inside matches the bible. b) Quran is wrong because it does not say what the bible says. The Quran is the quality control over the falsehood that is your bible. Allah is all knowing and is able reveal true knowledge to anyone at anytime. Similarities can be explained by them having the same source - Allah. The Injeel was not meant to be preserved and thats why we have the bible and its versions today. The Quran doesnt copy the bible, otherwise it would have included the bible's mistakes and contradictions. The Quran has stuff the bible doesnt like Jesus talking from the cradle. This event likely saved Mary from the punishment of having an illegitimate child by the Jews. The Quran has info that could not have been known by a man in the desert in the 7th century. Like in hell, your skin will be replaced with new skin so you dont lose feeling the pain of the fire.
They are not the same stories at all, they differ heavily. The only similarity are names of the Prophets. Prophet Adam does not have the concept of the original sin. Eve was not to blame. Prophet David did not commit fornication nor have his general killed. Prophet Lot did not have sexual relations with his daughters. Prophet Soliman did not become a pagan, nor used black magic. Prophet Jesus is not the biological son or God himself. If Prophet Muhammad copied the bible, then why are there such a thing called Muslims, and why are they not believing in Christianity? Because it is not copied. So I suggest you validate your claim.

Cutting me off is not refutation. My list of errors in the Quran keeps growing. There are the fairy tales about Solomon in Surah 27 and 34. There is is the Dhul Qarnayn story which is based on legends about Alexander. There is the mis-copying of 2 Samuel 12 in Surah 38:21-26. Say, “Allah gives you a ruling regarding those who die without children or parents.” If a man dies childless and leaves behind a sister, she will inherit one-half of his estate, whereas her brother will inherit all of her estate if she dies childless What i understand. They would not let me say a word against the Quran, but said I could be first in line when they did the historicity of the Quran. That will never happen, but I am attacking the Quran anyway. @@myuzairy7324 This is stupid argument. We know the New Testament was written on paper, and not on parchment, and paper perishes after about 100 years. Therefore it had to be copied. There are numerous references to the gospels etc in the 2nd century which show they were in existence, even if we do not have manuscripts from that century. Are you seriously suggesting the New Testament did not exist for 300 years?
Compare this to the Quran. We can see it contains many stories copied from previous sources. It contains silly myths. The so called Meccan surahs do not mention Muhammad nor Mecca. And nobody had heard of the Quran until about 60 years after Muhammad's death (assuming he existed). The book is so inadequate that a whole body of hadith had to be fabricated to fill in all the gaps in the half-baked Quran.

Instead of sprouting nonsense, why don't you get yourself a pen and paper, and read through Exodus and the passages I have quoted in Surah 7, 10, 20, 26, 27, 28 and 40. Take note of which passages in Exodus are copied in which Surahs, and if you want to put it that way, are confirmed by the Quran. Then look at all the extra bits which are in the Quran but not in Exodus, and see if the other surahs confirm them, or if they are in fact contradicted.
This activity is called study. I don't think it is familiar to Muslims.
Muhammad wanted to show that the Egyptians didn't believe, but at the same time that they had to believe. So in Surahs 7, 20 and 26, the magicians believe, and declare themselves to be Muslims. In Surah 10, Pharaoh believes as he is drowning. And in Surah 40, the secret believing man preaches a much longer message than Moses. But at the same time, the other surahs confirm no one believed. I challenge you to do the study.

The Quran retells many stories from the Old Testament, and it corrupts them. I have been pointing to the Moses story. The Quran retells that story seven times. SEVEN TIMES! And they are all different versions, with contradictions.
There are many historical errors. For example, in the Joseph story, the Quran says he was sold for a few dirhams. The dirham did not exist at that time, and in fact coins were not invented. The Bible says he was sold for 20 shekels of silver, which is what they used at the time.
The Quran says very little about David, but is twice says he made chain mail from iron (Surah 21 and 34). Chain mail was not invented until hundreds of years later. But these are minor mistakes when compared to the fairy tales told about Solomon in Surahs 27 and 34, where he had talking birds and jinn serving him. The Quran is a book of error.

The weirdest thing about Islam is that you guys accuse other people of the faults for which you are most guilty. The Quran is a book with no credibility. It contains so many stories copied from the Bible. It contains nonsense about Solomon having an army of talking birds and jinns. I challenge all Muslim apologists - can you defend the Quran? When the same stories from the Bible turn up in a book written more than 1500 years later, they must be copied. It is obvious. First you christians need to make up your mind and choose one of these options.
a) Quran is wrong because the information inside matches the bible.

The Quran is the quality control over the falsehood that is your bible. Allah is all knowing and is able reveal true knowledge to anyone at anytime. You have mangled your creed with satanic ideas and think that God is not all knowing.
Similarities can be explained by them having the same source - Allah. The Injeel was not meant to be preserved and thats why we have the bible and its versions today. The Quran doesnt copy the bible, otherwise it would have included the bible's mistakes and contradictions. The Quran has stuff the bible doesnt like Jesus talking from the cradle. This event likely saved Mary from the punishment of having an illegitimate child by the Jews. The Quran has info that could not have been known by a man in the desert in the 7th century. Like in hell, your skin will be replaced with new skin so you dont lose feeling the pain of the fire.

Prophet Adam does not have the concept of the original sin.
Eve was not to blame.
Prophet David did not commit fornication nor have his general killed.
Prophet Lot did not have sexual relations with his daughters.
Prophet Soliman did not become a pagan, nor used black magic.
Prophet Jesus is not the biological son or God himself.

My list of errors in the Quran keeps growing. There are the fairy tales about Solomon in Surah 27 and 34. There is is the Dhul Qarnayn story which is based on legends about Alexander. There is the mis-copying of 2 Samuel 12 in Surah 38:21-26. And now I am on to the contradictions between the seven retellings of the Moses story. No rational person can take the Quran seriously.

Is there not maybe something in this story at the time it's being told that I could learn from? What is the lesson here and at this time in the book? You see, the Quran is written in such a way that a blind person would not be able to see what a sincere person would be able to unlock in it. The amount of things, we as Muslims learn from the story of Musa (as) are the things that help us with logical ways that won't allow us to be fooled into believing that GOD could be a man, or that signs came in abundance and yet Pharoah still, even till seeing the sea split in front of his very eyes, still, did not submit. The story of a. Sacrifice of musa(as) mother giving him away to the river and putting her faith in ALLAH and then that child would be the one that brings down pharoah and his enslavement of many. This teaches us so much and that is not even close to the many other things that just pop up out of nowhere the more we ponder. We learn how we are as human beings from these stories that are on repeat and we see these same story lines in this day and age and knowing it, keeps us humbled and safe from the evil. You can believe what you want to and say it has been copied because you see similarities somewhere else but just like you've been told many times and this is what shows your ignorance because it has been said many times to you. If it has come from the same source, why can't it have similarities? Shouldn't it have similarities and this is why in the Quran it says that people would know it is from their LORD. stop being nasty. Acknowledge that you could be wrong.
