1) I’m excited for the house decorating vids I hope are coming. 2) I think some meal challenges would be fun to see you guys do. Showing meals on a budget vs getting steaks or going gourmet. 3) Also, hoping to see the yard turned more dog friendly. 4) Would like to see some financial breakdowns of living on your own vs at home. I think that would be helpful for anyone moving out on their own. Nice to see shared experiences vs if lived alone too:)

The only value in renting vs owning is that you get to call the landlord to deal with things. If the services were turned off when they weren’t supposed to, that’s an issue for the landlord;)
Best video in a while for me. Not a fan of the bike rides. I have an endorsement so I'm familiar with biking so endless video of a bike ride doesn't appeal to me. This was great, lots of inside jokes, looks like you are really settling in and enjoying your first place with your 'roomies'. Congratulations on graduating!!! Most of all, I hope you are happy and your housemates are as well. Enjoy this time. It flies by so quickly.

I think you should randomly vlog about expectations vs reality of moving out and having housemates. Or do a follow-up on doordash and college or podcast? You are quite incredible and I admire what you have accomplished and how sensible you are. You should consider doing a separate channel (or include it in this one) on being financially savvy frugal and building financial freedom. You could inspire so many as I am sure you already do.

if you have a gas water heater, you need to transfer the utility accounts: water, electric, gas to your name otherwise you may not have any of them when you move in
When my son went to university he spent 2 yrs of it washing his clothes in fabric conditioner 😂😂 it wasn’t until he told me I should get it it’s so cheap that I told him he hadn’t actually washed his clothes in years 😂😂😂
Well done on your first house, before you even graduated... Big achievement... Tip, pool table to bulky for that small space, u suggest airhockey or a soccer table rather
Reminder to check your air conditioning filter. If it's dirty, you need to change it. Once a month is recommended. Cooking videos are always fun. Or a video of what you do in a day.
I’m sorry, but those are not issues you should be having when you move into a place. The gas, electricity, water, etc, should all be turned on and in working condition when you move in. I’ve been on my own for a good number of years, and I have NEVER run into these issues. I had no help either.

Also what about Tristin did he move from his own place to this new place or was he living with friends or family where he didn't have his own stuff you need for an apartment and what not? I'm just wondering since I figured you'd use their stuff then get whatever you may wanna replace and whatnot.
Max- call the company that installed the Gas water heater and see if they can fix it. It may need to be serviced. I dislike using gas , I prefer electric much better and safer. :D

If you do a pool table, buy a rug. That way, you don't crack or break your tile. I have a pool table and it helps to prevent the balls from cracking the tile if the ball comes off the table.
You need to get a shadow box for that spoon to frame it on the wall. It will be a inside joke piece of decoration in the kitchen for you boys.
